Everyone who sees my prints in my home asks where they're from and I couldn't recommend this company enough. They're light weight (which is a huge must for me), so easy to hang and amazing quality. The shipping is incredibly fast on top of it. With my past order one of my prints was delivered less than perfect, they offered a replacement with no hassle. I will be back over and over for all my home photo needs

My print arrived damaged with a large crease. The customer service was excellent. A new print was sent immediately.
I placed an order of what I thought were 7 pictures (all large, poster size); I received 3 initially and saw on my order that 2 were still pending. I called the support number and almost immediately was talking to an actual person--that was awesome! Anthony immediately pulled up my order, saw that 2 of my photos had come through as blank and let me know an email had been sent to me (that I did not receive somehow, nor could I find in junk file). He sent me an email as I was on the phone with him, and then waited while I uploaded the pictures, confirmed they were good, and then let me know I needed to go ahead and place a new order for the 2 pictures that I had not ordered somehow. I did that and immediately had another email confirming the pictures were good to go, LOVE this company! Quality is outstanding as is the service
Overall pretty good experience. I had 3 prints I sent in to be printed and framed. One of the prints was not correct but they are making it right. They also respond very quickly.

We had an issue with the first print we got, then we contacted customer service and they replaced it. They just asked a couple questions then a new one was on its way. Product is great quality and we have already recommended it to so many people.
The products speak for themselves, they're great every time and I have a home full of their prints to prove it. However, in a world where customer service seems to no longer exist, Smallwoods is set apart. Fantastic communication and prompt service, even making it better when the mistake was mine. 10/10!

I received a damaged picture that was no fault of Smallwood. I believe it happened during delivery process. Smallwood sent me a brand new print without any extra questions. They were great to work with!
