I recieved beautiful photos of my grandkids after ordering but they came in color instead of black n white which was ordered. I contacted customer service & they promptly said they would send out the black n white. I'm waiting for their arrival, but they acted promptly.
Quality printing, easy to hang, quick shipping! The website was very user friendly and gave lots of suggestions for any editing that you might want!
I was super impressed with the ease of the website and the pricing of the framed canvases that I ordered. When my prints arrived, one was damaged due to it being stepped on during shipping and I reached out to customer service, and they quickly responded letting me know they would replace it almost immediately. Super impressed with this business and their work!
I ordered large 43 in portraits of our kids in black and white to display on the wall of our catwalk. They are stunning! And such a statement piece in our home. Light enough to hang with command strips too. Gorgeous. Highly recommend!
I'm only ordering from this company again because I need the frame to match my other picture that I already have with this frame, but I received two times frames that were broken or not put together correctly and I had to wait longer to receive my order. I understand that you get such discounts and they always have good prices, but you would think that these people that are putting these frames together that would actually take the time to confirm that it's put together correctly.

I'm super bummed because I cannot hang three larger prints because the black and white photos printed much darker than the image so faces cannot be seen. It was an expensive mistake (I guess my fault for not understanding that your printers print darker than the images - explained to me by customer service who declined to make it right)
I have ordered from Small Woods before and they usually look pretty good, but this picture was blurry. I know the resolution was high enough, so I am not sure why this time the clarity was poor.
The pictures you printed and frame of milky way in the night sky. Came out darker than the original digital pictures I sent to you. Because it was a night photo, it took away the impact of the milk way, in the photo. In general make the pictures less impressive. The frames where beautifully done.
When I opened my package and pulled out from box, the picture has a crease going through all of our chest areas. It's on cardboard too. Very disappointing. I have been wanting a pic of my family on a Smallwood for quite sometime and my daughter n law got me a gift card. I couldn't wait to use it. I'll be glad to send a picture of the crease and show you how awful it is.
I needed to change my frame color and they were so kind to do it and also did it so quickly. These are my wedding photos so I am very excited!
I had a small issue with the printing of my order and small woods was so quick to get in touch with me to resolve it. Everyone i spoke to with customer service was so helpful and kind. I've received 1/4 of my prints so far and it's absolutely amazing. The communication with this company was a 10/10. The quality of the prints are 10/10 and getting touch with someone to help was so easy! I highly highly recommend small woods and this company definitely will have my business for any any future prints i need!
My order arrived in color instead of black and white. I reached out to their customer service and was immediately notified that there was a glitch in their system and they would be sending me a replacement. This process was very quick and effortless.
We have 6 canvas' by Smallwood now! We just ordered some updated stuff and there was a glitch on one of our new canvas', they fixed the issue immediately, and on a holiday weekend as well! Amazing customer service, high quality prints with beautiful frames! Always having a good deal going on too!
Everyone who sees my prints in my home asks where they're from and I couldn't recommend this company enough. They're light weight (which is a huge must for me), so easy to hang and amazing quality. The shipping is incredibly fast on top of it. With my past order one of my prints was delivered less than perfect, they offered a replacement with no hassle. I will be back over and over for all my home photo needs

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
