I recently purchased 3 framed prints. Two were perfect but one was damaged in transit. I called customer support and a new print was shipped immediately. I am completely delighted with all of my purchases!

The quality of these products is outstanding! These are absolutely beautiful frames and prints. One of the five prints I ordered was damaged, the customer service was phenomenal. I sent a picture of the damaged print in and it was resolved within. Hours with a new print sent with no charge!

I have ordered several times and will forever cherish them. I had an issue with one picture that was not the fault of smallwoods but rather a photo quality issue and they were quick to resolve the problem. I will always use them and always recommend them to my friends and family.
I was a repeat customer and ordered my 4th set of custom prints from this company. When they arrived, they were pixilated and blurry. I contacted customer support and after going back and forth several times they told me they would not refund me or send me new prints. It was very disappointing after being a repeat customer and that they wouldn't find any sort of resolution for the prints.
I had uploaded the incorrect image and mistyped my email. I quickly emailed and explained what happened! They got right back with me. I was able to upload the correct image and it looks amazing!
Ordered 3 large hanging photos. 2 turned out great. One turned out blurry and poor quality. Never received any prompt or warning that the particular photo would not work or result in poor quality.
We ordered a hanging canvas and the picture arrived pixilated and grainy. The service team responded within 1 hour of my request and had a new one shipped out on the same day, you just don't get that kind of service anymore! Highly recommend Smallwoods. Thanks!

I ordered a picture in a wrong size I thought i ordered a 13x13 of my five children as a refil. But by my mistake i ordered a 25x25. So i not asking for anything on the photo but I don't have a frame for it. The customer dales agents said that I could have one sent and I could get half off the price of the frame but I would have to go through your department. So i would need a 25x25 frame in size and in the lighter would color. I already ordered the 13x13 photo for my frame i had from before.
We ordered two lovely frames! I have never gotten images of our family enlarged on canvas before but my friend had such incredible photos kf her kids hanging in their home that I just had to know who she ordered from! So when she said, Smallwoods, I knew I had to use your company! We ordered the two enlarged prints and the one turned out perfectly! It was stunning and just what we had hoped for. But the second one came out too dark and our faces could barely be seen. I reached out to customer service and within a week after communicating and leaning on them for a lot of support because I was afraid of how even if I edited it maybe it wouldn't come out bright enough or maybe would then be too bright. But we got the image remade and it came together perfectly! Now both images sit in our living room and I cannot stop looking at them and recalling our wonderful family trip! Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
