I called to explain the picture in this frame cropped my husbands head off. I called and you sent me a new picture that was suppose be adjusted for the frame. You sent the exact same picture with the exact same problem.! Frustrated because no one listens to fix the issue.
When my pictures did not meet my expectations, my concerns were quickly addressed and remedied. They were able to work with me and help get me pictures that I'm proud to put on my walls.
I am not fully impressed for the price.
They aren't glossy like prints and you can see the texture near and far.
They are light weight.
Id say if you are looking for the experience and ordering from smallwoods save the money.

I was overjoyed with what we ordered. It was exactly what we wanted. The quality is high and the pictures look great! I was worried it would be blurry but they look amazing. Very glad we made this order!

This was my second time ordering and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the packaging. They are absolutely perfect, I couldn't be happier with the result.
I have ordered from smallwoods twice now and both times it has been amazing! I can't beleive how quickly the products arrive and the quality is unmatched! I also purchased these as gifts for my parents and my in-laws.
Explained my picture had a scratch and they have keep telling me to send picture after pictures and just giving me the go around I just stopped trying and will have to stay with it defective
I love the quality of framed canvas, the size and detail - just perfect! Cannot wait to hang them on the walls

Loved my items. Just wish the shipping would have been better.
It was delayed several times. Then my item was left in the yard. There was no plastic wrap or anything protecting my items. For the amount of money, I would expect better packaging and better shipping.
I paid extra to get shipped rapidly. Came in two shipments days apart. The backing of the pictures are rippled, not smooth and it shows from the side.

Photo was way darker than I uploaded it. To the point that it's fuzzy and black and can't even make out what it's supposed to be. Also the canvas is damaged. Creases in 3 spots. But they wouldn't exchange or refund due to it being a custom order… will never order here again.

Fast delivery for photos but shipping was expensive at $34.95 and came in three shipments on multiple days. To my disappointment, the almond frames do not match the almond frames ordered previously and aren't as nice looking. Now will not be able to display together as planned. Of the five framed photos ordered, two the photos are very close up. On the large photo some of the body is cut off on our granddaughter. Loved our first order but not very satisfied with this order.
We had a box come damaged from delivery company which damaged the inserts we had ordered. I reached out to the customer service department and they had replacements on the way in 1 day! Love the textured quality of the prints. Definitely recommend Smallwoods for your wall photos!

My pictures were delivered in a timely manner, there was an issue with the box when delivered but the customer service took excellent care of the situation. The photos are marvelous and are just overall the best quality. Will be ordering more in the future!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
