Our agent Leonardo D. Was extremely helpful and patient with me and my husband. He explained to us in detail (sometimes more than once, to help us understand)) about our flight, insurance policies, and our Dreampass membership.

The Skylux representative was very helpful in giving all options for our travel during peak season. He patiently described the pros and cons of each option and helped us book the best one for the family.

My travel agent Hope called within 2 minutes after I entered a request on the website and she could find a flight for me within minutes at a very good price.

Skylux advisor offered alternative of Turkish Airlines that was a bit longer travel time but lower cost with higher rated airline. Also introduced Turkish Airlines stopover program with free 5-star hotel stays and transfers to/from the airport. He was responsive and informative.

My wife encouraged me to try SkyLux again - last trial a year ago showed no savings. This year, great pricing but nickel an diming and at every change an incomplete answers

He handled our need patiently and professionally. At the end we got what and when we needed. It was lots of back and forth, but at the end we were satisfied with the whole experience. This was our second consecutive business class ticket from Sky lux, but Mario also sold us future business class tickets in our need. Because of Mario, I was able to get my brother and sister-in-law also get their business class tickets through Mario along with us.
