Great customer service. However your pricing is unacceptable. Being a travel agent I know what the costs are in changing an airline ticket. I saved money on the initial flights but lost money on changing the schedule. I could have booked direct and save some money.

We booked through Skylux on a recommendation from a frequent site user and dear friend. We were put in touch with "Pablo C Devera" some weeks ago but we could only commit just recently. Pablo gave us plenty of options, but we live in New Jersey and didn't want to drag ourselves (kicking and screaming) to JFK. We've now settled on an itinerary out of EWR, so we'll see how it goes. Pablo was very attentive and responsive... very impressed with his efforts... Not so sure we needed to hear the "full monte" sales pitch, but we suppose that this "goes with the territory :)" NOTE... Pablo did "warn" us about the "add-ons" that are automatic, unless you check NO in the right box (there are about four boxes)... if you miss these options..."ka-ching"... more moola on top of your ticket. Most of these "OPTIONS" are really only scare tactics..."what if the sky falls?"... or worse still "what if the airline loses your significant other's make-up bags?" We're now all signed-up for the US-Italy trip...

Regarding the add-ons, these options are often automatically selected by the airline or booking system, and while some may feel like extra caution or “what-if” protections, they are optional. It’s always a good idea to review and uncheck any options you don’t need to avoid unnecessary charges.
I was looking for a less expensive Business Class flight to Morocco, and the SkyLux agent was very helpful. Over a series of phone calls and emails we found a much more affordable fare, navigated all of the online information needed, including a little issue with my bank, and completed the transaction. My only reservation is that while the fare was most attractive, there were several other costs that came up later. However, it is still a better fare than others I had found.
