I call with my travel plans. SkyLux finds Business Class tickets for me that are less expensive than what I could find on Expedia, and I agree to the terms. I tip and still end up paying less than I would have on my own. Then I check the airline's app and find my ticket on there. Great. Then Martin from SkyLux calls me to make sure I got the email with the tickets! I like this process. And Martin is polite and patient and works hard for me. He answers my phone calls. I've used their services 3 or 4 times now and each time it was perfect.
