It took so many hours of phone calls and waiting to finally get a flight. Despite asking the agents many times we found out only after we paid that we couldn't choose out seats until just before the flight. Doubt that we will use this company again.

I got bait and switched. I had reached out for help and the agent Cody provided me options. When I went to book one of the options the page threw a error. So I went ahead and booked on Expedia. The agent calls me back and said he can give me the same ticket guaranteed if I canceled and booked with him. As I had 24hrs to cancel with Expedia I went ahead and canceled to only find from the agent Cody (after couple days) -oh sorry the airline increased the price and that ticket is not avail. Total bait and switch practice- terrible experience.

I paid 20,000 $ for business only to find I'm coac premium. I used ******* amx points only to be told instead of $3000 dollars I get 300. I asked for my points back, informed they can't return them. They now don't answer my calls, and don't respond to emails. I don't even know if my tickets are real as airlines don't have me listed.

This does not reflect to the agen who help me in my travel plan. It's policy issue. When I purchase business class ticket, I always able to select my seat on each leg of my travel for international flights. This time I was unable to do so because airline (Qatar airways)says it's type of ticket you bought. I didn't have problem with American airline. Qatar is askinge to pay $310 to select seats in business class.

After being told be a local travel agent that the airlines had made it impossible for her to assist me in finding international airfares, I went online and found SKYLUX, after an email inquiry, I received a contact. She was more knowledgeable, informative and kind than ANY airline's personnel even those attributed to the highest FF statuses which we are. She was knowledgeable of the equipment, the airports, the lounges and the SYSTEM, and was willing to share that information in a respectful and kind manner.
