We booked four Business class tickets for an Overseas travel from the US. Sheldon was the agent who assisted us. At first, he sent us the quotes for different airlines. Once we finalized which airline to use, Sheldon found the best price. He asked basic questions to find out our needs and worked accordingly. Sheldon explained all the details about the times, layover time, meal choice, lounge privileges, and seat selection. He also assisted us in the payment process. Sheldon spoke slowly and clearly.
