I asked to price my flights many ways and changed it several times. Potter followed up and looked every way to get us what we needed and at a great price!

Receiving a call from Skylux, I was a bit hesitant and suspicious! Speaking with rep TJ calmed me and assured me that I was going to get exactly what I requested. He was professional and very clear on answering every question., he made sure my needs would be addressed and met! Bravo! This will not be my one and done exchange! I will continue to use this company for my travel business.

I wanted to fly Bus Class to Milan but airline websites varied between $4500-5500 for RT ticket
I called Skylux, worked with Piper and she found me an American Airlines ticket that on the AA site was $4700 and she got it for $3400. I am a particular traveler and before I paid I wanted to see that my reservation was actually on the American site. Piper worked with me. When she told me to check, I logged into my advantage account and it was there as not ticketed yet. I paid the fare and within 10 minutes I was able to book my seats. There is alot of selling of extras that Skylux tries to sell after you get their price. Its easy to decline everything if you do not need these services. One thing there is a box to tip the agent if you liked the service. I did TIP!

My only comment is the experience between the LA office and the Lativa office is NIGHT AND DAY. Perhaps because in Europe your team understands the logistics of travelling in and out of Europe... it's hard when I know more about travel than your US based agents... Once again I am VERY happy with my ticket and all the effort made by both offices... but if I want to transfer to the European office I would like to be able to without it being a huge deal to organize... Fergus was SENSATIONAL and in 24 hours we found the perfect result. Thank-you again.

I've used SkyLux Travel multiple times, particularly for trips that aren't just straightforward Round/Trips. They are excellent for multi-leg trips, stopovers, snagging free hotel stays during transit, and particularly in cases when your travel dates are flexible which is very difficult, if not impossible, to do when you're trying to book by yourself online. My consultant at SkyLux is Jackson. He's helped me successfully on numerous trips, having arranged free hotel stays, stopovers, objective fare comparisons and the like. He is familiar with different airlines and itineraries as well as airlines that I haven't even heard about. Only shortcoming is that their fees have increased recently. Other than that, it's a good, worthwhile and viable investment even during peak season travel.

Achu was a wonderful travel agent. Very thorough, very patient and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him for any upcoming international travel.

I have used Skylux for several international flights over the past 4-5 years. I always book through my favorite guy, Diego Alba! He is always always quick to respond back to me no matter what I have…. Booking a flight, question on a booked flight, destination info, etc etc! I feel like he gives the best price and I've never had any trouble with them! The concierge service is fantastic also! Hotels and tours booked through the service were excellent!

I was pleasantly surprised on the pricing for economy. I thought it would be about the same as booking direct with airline and found out they are quite a bit cheaper. I highly recommend trying them. Especially if your dates are flexible.

While I worked with various similar companies, Denver truly found a way to beat those prices, including additional protection, that I myself could not beat and it's why I chose to book with him vs. on my own because when I voiced my concern with not wanting to fly with another company, he found another option and then made sure the price worked for me also. I never felt pressured or like I was being tricked into a deal that I could get elsewhere but rather I felt like I was saving money and upgrading my options.
