Since Skyluxe has had mixed reviews, confirmed by my own past experience, I was not sure of what to expect at this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the service Carol provided. She was everything a customer service provider should be. She was knowledgeable, courteous, not pushy, patient and willing to work as much as it was needed. I would hire her for customer service in my organization. So far so good. We will see how they come through when there are some issues that need resolution.
