The representative lies to you and doesn't tell you he is selling a Basic Economy ticket and the quote says Economy. After you pay, you discover their fraudulent sales tactic. It takes an act of God to get your money back because they sell you a Non refundable ticket without your knowledge. BUT they keep their nonrefundable fee of $365.44 even though I discovered their error 10 min after payment while still on the phone and asked the whole transaction to be cancelled. Never do business with SKYLUX Travel.

Though I received a lot of assistance from Chuck, I discovered after I bought my tickets that I actually had to pay more for a seat on British Airways. I have contacted them repeatedly about this since I discovered it (they did not disclose this information at time of purchase). They have been unresponsive to my needs since they got my money - and it was a lot. Now I have to fork over some $500 more if I want to sit down for my Business Class flight. Funny, how they suddenly disappear after saying if you need anything, they are here for you. I am left feeling upset and disappointed.
