I emailed SkyLuxTravel late on a Friday afternoon to inquire about flight arrangements from the US to Paris. Within MINUTES of sending the email I had an email response. Minutes later, I spoke by phone with my contact, and within 15 minutes I received an email with three options for my trip.
My contact (Summer) let me know that she would be available over the weekend to answer any questions that I might have. We reconnected again on Monday - I made a few changes to my itinerary - and it was booked in less than 30 minutes. I can't imagine using anyone else.

This is the second time we've scheduled our flights thru SkyLux, this time to Portugal. Our contact, JM was a good listener and provided the best schedule, including proper time to catch the connecting flights. He was also very helpful in supplying business class seating locations on several airlines for our already determined schedule. We have already booked flights for our upcoming trip in August to Ireland.
We have used SL twice without incident. We have two more flights booked with them and trust all will go well.
This is the first time I used SkyLux travel to book business class ticket from Boston to Honolulu and back. The first booking had to be canceled because the airline changed its timings for flights with lie-flat seats which is a must for me. I requested the travel agent to find me seats with a different airline offering lie-flat seats and with departures at more earthly hours. The travel agent promptly did that with slightly higher ticket price and arranged to refund my payment for the first booking. What else can one expect? My trip is not until September. But I am sure everything will be fine. I strongly recommend SkyLux travel for all your upper class air travel needs. My travel agent was Burma. He is an excellent gentleman with super-fast communication.

I am very pleased with the professional service and great price I got for business class tickets from Austin, Texas to Marrakesh, Morocco. I am pretty savvy with working the reservation systems to find the best price, but Ray at SkyLux was able to beat the already low price I had found and with only one stop. I highly recommend SkyLux to anyone looking for the best price on business class tickets.
Please note I have not yet used the tickets and have no way of knowing if they will be as professional and reliable if there are any problems that arise. I am slightly concerned after reading the very negative reviews of what travelers experienced when medical issues or flight delays and cancellations occurred.
I was booking tickets for my family of 5 and saw the ad for SkyLux Travel online. I called and had the best experience! I worked with a gentleman, Olaf, who could not have been nicer or more helpful! He found the perfect flights for us at an amazing price! I had been working with Amex Platinum as well and through their program the same flights were over TWICE the price!
I have already referred friends and family to Olaf. One of them has already booked tickets with him and they were just as happy as I am. What a great find!
