Over a period of several months I wrestled with the idea of using a service to find me my tickets to New Zealand and back from Australia for a cruise we are taking. I wanted to book my flights using my airline miles, but eventhough I had 1.2m miles, it was enough for the entire trip. Long story short, used my miles for the flight to New Zealand through the airline's website. Then I purchased the flight back from Australia through SKYLUX travel as a 1 way booking. The representative (Luis A.) was really great to work with. He was very patient with me and handled the input of my frequent flyers #, Global Entry #, and getting our seat requests. The miles, and booking 1 way paid tickets ended up costing about $10,000 less than booking round trip tickets.

Tabitha explored for the best schedule, services and prices all the while making me feel as if I were the most important customer.

Lennon was a pleasure to work with during my first experience with Skylux! He is a great listener, quickly learning all about my travel needs, and was so thorough and diligent in getting me the best flights.

Otto C was very pleasant and helpful. I have confidence my travels will go well. Again very pleased with Otto C's exceptional customer service.

Vice was very patient and went through all the details until we understood everything. He listened to questions with patience.

Melinda Gates has been an excellent person to work with. She has provided outstanding help over many years. I wish her the best.

Lee was most helpful and patient in attending to my travel requests! This is the second time that I book airfare directly with him and on both instances, I have been more than pleased. This is a trustworthy travel fare company to work with.

Cosby is very professional and friendly. He went out the box to help us complete the purchase even after the normal office hours. Great job well done!

I had great experience with Mel. He is a nice person. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions to my understanding.

I was very impressed with Lazarus' professionalism. He was very patient with me and guided me all along the way to a logical and successful conclusion.

What was said isn't true and skylux added at least $1000 to each ticket for the exchange fir a total of 3k that if I would have booked through the airline it would have been less then 1 k - I gave the quote from Turkish before and after and the cost to Hamburg vs Rome what I changed to was even less

I booked my flight through SkyLux Travel, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change it. While SkyLux followed airline rules, the total fees I was charged were far higher than expected — over $1,000 more than if I had booked directly through Turkish Airlines. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

I reached out to SkyLux to request any goodwill adjustment or consideration, given the situation, but they said they had fulfilled their role and no further action would be taken.

Even though the agency was following policy, the lack of flexibility and the unexpectedly high cost made what should have been a simple flight change unnecessarily stressful. I hope others are aware that booking through an agency can sometimes lead to much higher fees than booking directly.

While I acknowledge your position, I am disappointed with the overall experience and how this matter has been handled. As a result, I will not be booking with SkyLux Travel again in the future.

I also believe it is important to share honest feedback about my experience, and I intend to leave reviews reflecting the service I received. I always prefer to resolve matters directly and amicably, but unfortunately, I do not feel that a fair outcome was reached in this case.

I wish your company well going forward, but I will be taking my future travel business elsewhere.

Terry was a wonderful and professional agent in finding the best value for our European airline tickets. However, his company should offer a larger discount when there are two or more tickets being purchased.

Lock is always great to work it's. Sometimes he can make a deal and sometimes he can't but he is always responsive and supportive. I trust Skylux because of my experiences with Lock.

Always kind and helpful and accomodating even under last minute of pressure for changes. Was always able to get assistance right away. Worked with two people and they always remember you from piror trips. Good work. Thank you
