I can't say enough great things about my travel agent, Lawrence. He has been absolutely incredible to work with. From day one, he has always been patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. No matter how many questions I have or how complicated my travel plans get, he takes the time to walk me through everything and makes sure I'm fully taken care of.

What really stands out about Lawrence is his professionalism and consistency. I've been booking with him for a while now, and every single experience has been smooth, stress-free, and handled with the highest level of attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to find the best options and make sure everything fits my needs perfectly.

Terry was a wonderful and professional agent in finding the best value for our European airline tickets. However, his company should offer a larger discount when there are two or more tickets being purchased.

Lock is always great to work it's. Sometimes he can make a deal and sometimes he can't but he is always responsive and supportive. I trust Skylux because of my experiences with Lock.

I had been trying to book my upcoming trip on my American Airlines app. I had non-flexible dates and wanted business class seats for a trip 4 months away. Sounded simple but I spent 2 hours trying but could only find flights with business class seats on 3 of the 4 necessary legs. My travel companion has to be in business class or first class international for health reasons. It was beginning to look like I'd be driving across the US since I could not find a business class seat for one leg of the journey. In desperation, I clicked on an add for Skylux and reached the nicest gentleman who spent several hours searching for me, finding what I needed, and then stepping me through the process of the purchase. His name is Foster and he is delightful and a huge asset to the company. I will never try to book my own flights again. I'll always call Foster and let him handle everything.

I did not feel rushed through the booking or payment process. He explained every detail and also double checked my choices.
