I booked a flight from New Delhi to Istanbul and got confirmation instantly. The booking process was very easy and prices are terrific. I saved on flights & enjoyed my trip very much. There are no hidden charges. I will book with them again in future.
Very terrible service. More like a bait and switch scam. They ask you to pay more 24hrs after and I have gone through reviews of other people having exactly the same experience. After you make payment and they issue your receipt and initial confirmation, someone from their sales team emails you to pay more money because flight is sold out, but they would still get you on the same flight. It's unexwsaary headache you don't want to get into, just avoid them altogether.
I was booking a flight on the platform and had received confirmed tickets and itinerary. Subsequently I received an email saying that I had to pay more money if not my tickets would be released claiming that I could not utilise 'early fares'. This felt very much like extortion since they would not honour the price they set for their customers.
I would warn everyone to stay away.
As mentioned in a numerous amount of these reviews they confirmed my flight and I got my ticket numbers all of that. Then 3 months later (when most banks no longer let you file a dispute [90 days]) they email me saying part of my trip has been canceled and that I could rebook a different flight for a fee or cancel my trip. Mind you all of their emails are A) in broken English, and B) appear as if they are responding to a previous email that says they have confirmed your ticket (an email which you have never received).
I chose to cancel the trip because I still have time to rebook with someone else. They emailed me back saying that it will take up to a year, yes 12 billing cycles, for them to refund me and that I will be getting $200 less than what I paid! I tried to dispute the charges online with my bank, but saw that it was past the 90 day window (by 2 days). Luckily I was able to call my bank and they were able to work with me, this might not be the case with most banks.
I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost! My honest opinion is that they purposefully waited until I was out of the dispute window to inform me that the trip had been canceled and that it would take UP TO A YEAR to refund me. Plus they were not even going to give back all of what I paid! After reading all of these reviews and based on my own experience I think it would be safe to say this company is mostly a scam, booking only a handful of authentic tickets; only enough to keep a handful of reviews positive enough for people to fall for it and book with them.
AVOID AT ALL COST!
I was booking a last-minute flight from the US to Africa and after comparing three booking sites, I found the best rate (by about $200) here. I booked, received confirmation, forwarded itinerary to the tour company, etc. The next day (about 18 hours later), I received an email from SkyTours that appeared, by the format, to be a followup reply to an earlier email - which I never received. The first email said that my flights could not be confirmed because the seats were sold out. I was offered alternative flights that reflected lengthier overall travel times and inconvenient arrival times, for $181 more than my original fare. The followup email, which was attached, said "Your ticket has been received. One of our agents will reply to you shortly." Having no idea what that meant or whether my flights were intact, I called SkyTours. Initially, I selected the "customer service" menu option and sat on hold for 4.5 minutes. I hung up, called again, and selected the "sales" menu option. I was helped immediately. However, the phone connection was terrible - full of static, like an old-time overseas call. Additionally, the agent had a strong accent and I could barely make out what was being said. I was finally able to decipher that my reservation was indeed NOT available because the flights had been sold out. In order to have my credit card refunded so I could move on, I was told I needed to reply to the email I'd received offering alternate flights, and to indicate I was not interested in that booking. I did that, booked elsewhere, and am now crossing my fingers that I won't have to fight to receive a refund of the original fare.
Obviously, I'm not the only one failing to book flight tickets from Sky-tours. I found my favorite combo to San Francisco and went on with the booking procedure. Finally, I was informed that the tickets in the chosen price category were sold out. Later, I received a personal e- mail and was offered the same product. Only the price was higher! Do I need to say that I didn't accept the "offer"?
I tried to book flights to Thailand 3 times. I found the ideal flights, entered all my details and paid (payment pending on my card) and each time I got a message saying the flights were no longer available. After each failed booking, sky-tours contacted me offering me the same flights with a £1000 price increase. They are known for advertising flights they don't have then offering expensive alternatives. I think they hope people will panic buy. I went elsewhere and would advise anyone else to do the same. If you can't trust them at the start then imagine if you needed some help with something.
Flight I was looking for came up at a great price on skyscanner, clicked through and booked it at price, 20 minutes later get an email through to say booking had been cancelled. Spoke to someone via messenger and was told that the flight combination wasn't possible so had to book again with different airlines, at which point, the price is no longer competitive. If it sounds too good to be true...
EDIT: I was refunded the "overseas fee" by Sky-Tours, after much debate. Thank you, Danish, for making this experience a little better.

First of all, Sky-Tours quoted me a fare more expensive than what Malaysia Air was (and still is) selling the exact same tickets for. I admit that I share the blame for this, and was billed AUD 672 (Malaysia Air is selling them for only SGD 680 even up till now).
I paid using a credit card, and found out that I was charged AUD 692.16, despite my invoice stating the original AUD 672 (over SGD 50 more expensive than Malaysia Air's fare due to the HIDDEN COST). I initiated a live chat with one of Sky-Tour's Live Chat agents, who merely told me to lodge a ticket in order to complain with Sky-Tours, then pushed all the blame onto my credit card provider (ANZ Bank) for charging an "overseas fee".
Why would I be charged an "overseas fee" of AUD 20.16 in the first place if I was quoted in AUD, and paid in AUD using an Australian credit card?
Perhaps posting a bad review here would finally trigger someone from Sky-Tours to look into the case.
Don't book with this company, they won't support you when a flight is cancelled. They won't inform you when a flight is cancelled. And even when they acknowledge they've screwed up and left you stranded at an airport, they won't reimburse the last minute flight you're forced to book. Worst company ever. Avoid at all costs, it'll cost you more in the long run, and they'll just point their finger at the airline instead of taking ownership for their mistake. Zero accountability, zero customer service and zero willingness to fight for you.
Got confirmation of my booking within less than an hour of making it. Had trouble opening the initial e-tickets sent to me, but agents were quick to respond to my query and e-tickets were sent shortly thereafter. I then also called the airline to ensure that my booking was confirmed with them, which it was. The return Durban - NYC tickets purchased were significantly cheaper than any other travel agent or airline was offering.
Qatar Airways Flight selected to Prague, paid by Credit Card, received email "Thank you for your reservation. Your ticket number and confirmation will follow within 24 hours maximum but later received email "Thank you for using Skytours, for change of your reservation ODJO8M we require an additional payment for 795 AUD total ( 4x tickets). The fare you have chosen can no longer confirm by the airline. We can cancel the reservation and the pending payment will be credited back to your account." Wasted one day and I was falsely hoping to get ticket for that price from SkyTours. Thought they have refunded all funds within another 24 hours.
Call center experience was ok but will not consider using them again.
I ended up getting directly ticket from Qatar Airways and purchased it for cheaper price on that exact same flights?

Please note that the airline do give different seats allocations to different travel agencies worldwide so the fares may differ from one agency to another and from airline to agency since it depends on the airline seat allocations given to each and everyone. It may be on the same exact flights but the seat and booking classes availability and different.
They have great prices and amazing customer service! My ticket was delivered immediately at the exact price I've seen on the website, only 3 steps and my ticket was confirmed! I will use it again!
This is absolutely a scam website! Booked and paid the ticket 2 days ago and today they sent me the Email said the airline is unable to confirm the flights and they have found another alternate airline but need $138 extra which is absolutely bullsh*t! I will never ever use Sky-Tours in my life and guys just be careful!
Booked and payed the ticket, told that the e-ticket and confirmation will be mailed in 24 hours. Just a bit before the 24 hours, got a email that I have to pay more that the airlines increased the price. I payed the extra and now I have to wait another 24 hours and hope that they haven't increased the prices again. I really need to get the ticket so I can make the arrangements. All other sites email the ticket and confirmation within the hour. Do yourself a favor and buy it through a reliable site!
Booked flight home. When I called airline they told me that sky-tours booked a third journey on my journey.
It was unclear who to get my boarding pass with since flight was booked with Iberia for a flight with British Airways.
So I emailed Sky- tours. They ignored me. Never heard back from them.
I contacted them again and was told to check in with British air. OK

So We call British air to get boarding pass because we were not able to book online.
They told us that we needed to check into British air at the airport and show our passport. So... We went earlier to go to counter.
We got tickets. But agent told us there were changes on our ticket/ a rebooking which we did not do. I think this had to do with the 3rd leg of our trip not booked but on our ticket. It was a total aggravation. It was a company I will never ever book through.
For all those looking to book with Sky-tours website. We found sky-tours through various internet searches, and found a great price for a multi-city flight plan. Reading all the reviews (even those from people who never even USED the service) to be generally bad, we were more than a little nervous about paying them. We called our credit card company, the BBB, and local resources and no one had anything bad to say about them. Nothing either way, actually, so we were still unsure about using the website to book. Considering the comments about this company were things like "They don't answer the phone" Or "they are a fly by night outfit", we did some serious research on them. The website has been active since 1999, and the business started then as well. We were able to immediately get someone on the phone and got answers to a few of our questions, quite clearly and intelligently. We took the chance and booked our tickets and within a few (nervous) minutes, we saw a preliminary booking number pop up. We then took this number and checked it against the airline's reservation site directly and there it was! Within four hours, we then had a confirmed reservation directly with the airline, with all the stops we requested and the stay-overs we had planned. This company delivers exactly what they promised, and we will most certainly be using them again for our next flight!
I booked a ticket with this company and they said my transaction was not approved by the payment company. They asked me to provide identification and credit card number as well as filling out a form with personal information and consent to approve the transaction. But then, after receiving personal information, they said they detected fraud and, therefore, the transaction could go through. The money was removed from my account anyway. They claimed it would be returned within a few days. Then they insisted that I make a bank transfer, which is sketchy enough, considering it's less secure and I never received the initial payment back. I believe they are not trustworthy, which I realized after seeing the reviews of other people in the same situation. Even if the money comes back, I am at a loss of a ticket and had to wait to book a new one. Do not book with this website.
Buyers beware! Bought a ticket here and they changed my iteranery without my consent. There phone number is disconnected and the customer service doesn't respond. Pay the extra bucks go with the big names. At this point i don't know if i have a ticket...

They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?
