This shady company told me they were waiting for United Airlines to process my refund for 6+ months. I finally contacted UA and found out the refund was processed MONTHS PRIOR! THEY WERE LYING. I demanded my money back and suddenly "no cash refunds are being made for international accounts" (I am in Canada). This was never mentioned once in the 40+ email chain I have with them. Instead they gave me the most ridiculous voucher ever- i can only use 20% of the voucher per flight. Meaning- I have to book 5 flights until October 2022. This is so disgusting and shady- I have told them multiple times I am a student who had to work very hard to just pay for this one flight. Do not purchase flights from them under any circumstances.

As travel stopped worldwide in April 2020 and crippled the travel trade with meanwhile 30% of all airlines and business partners out of business many clients would receive any refund. Sky-tours decided however to pay back everybody even if we will never receive any money anymore from from our partners. We want to keep you harmless. But for being able to do so, without risking our own existence we have to link the refund with a new purchase. Now you can use your credit voucher up to for 20% of the total value of your new purchase without restriction. You may buy any service from us, flights on any airlines, car rental, and hotel rooms not only for you but you may use this voucher value also for your family and friends as well. You are allowed to deduct in total 20% of the purchase amount until your voucher balance is zero.

We understand that it may not be possible for you to use the voucher until the existing validity, we are offering more flexibility to our user by extending the voucher validity, you just need to raise a request at https://support.sky-tours.com

After year and half of waiting for our refund from skytours. Recently found out that airline already returned the refund to Skytours but this agency keep on lying about refund not received. Then they aggred on September 02,2021 to return our money $508.90. When I asked when can we expect our money they said international transfer are closed right now. But all of sudden they sent me a email now saying that refund is given to us already in form of a voucher which is only valid till October 2021. Last year they said they can give refund voucher because they are waiting for money from airline. I never aggred to receiving any voucher because we can't travel because of this pandemic. Now they got the money from airline, but didn't want to return to us. So unprofessional, liars. Again I urge everyone never use this online skytours agency. They are so greedy. I will update if I ever get my money back.

After months of trying to get a refund (or even rebooking) of three international tickets my family had booked with Sky-tours.com (Andorra) for flights cancelled during COVID, I was informed by Emirates Airlines (the issuing airline) that a refund had already been made. Since I never received anything from Sky-tours.com (now not even responses to emails), I can assume that they have kept my refund for themselves. My only recourse from here is legal. This should be warning enough to stay away from this company.

I had booked tickets through sky-tours and it possibly the worse service you will find. Avoid it like a plague. They offer insurance for cancellation and when you claim, they make up reasons and tell you that your claims are invalid.

They let me book a transit through USA, when US were not allowing even transit for anyone other than green card holders without sufficient warnings. Despite taking insurance they haven't refunded or given credits stating a sure reasons that I should have checked.
Basically they sold a service without proper warning and calling it that the company can put the policies as they please which was clearly unethical.

Avoid like the plague!

Shopped around for best pricing for 6 passengers from EWR to LHR finally came across this website with very good pricing, website clearly indicated that 1pc checked bag included per person, went through the whole booking process got it booked and received email 5 hours later that I will NOT get checked bags and I should agree, called them in the morning after 15 minute holding waiting to get thru to agent with boring music... phone just says try again later, tried again and again no one to even talk to, it took 72 hours for a response via email, with no choice to get my original contract, so when I wrote back to cancel it, and noted them to correct on their website it took another 72 hours to get a reply that they got it canceled! But on website (if I wanna book again) it still shows 1pc checked baggage included.
Be prepared to not get what you order and to get worst customer service I have ever seen!

I booked flight from Poland- Frankfurt- Houston-Costa Rica, took care of every Covid issues and on the arrival to the ticketing agent in Poland I was not allowed to get on the plain because already 3 and half weeks USA is totally closed even for those who have visa, even for those who are just connection. I was told to wait a long refund queue and the desicion about refund is of the air company but not the agency, Luftanza said me exactly the opposite.

No refund in 9 month

I can't get my refund since 20 May 2020. I contacted my flight airlines and they said that the money for my ticket were refunded to Sky tours in 8th of October. But Sky tour keep s saying that they can't proceed with refund because they are waiting answered from airlines.
So they basically laying all the time. And steeling money.

I bought these flight tickets **************, **************, **************, **************), on October 15,2020, for myself for $831.18. I contacted Sky-Tours so many times with no response due I couldn't fly because of all this covid19 pandemic. The places that I was trying to visit were not allowing visitors. I contacted them via email as well but they never give me any solution. I contacted each airline and one of them they already refund the money to Sky-Tours and the others they willing to refund to the agency. But like I said before I got no solution yet.

SCAM! Don't trust them!

This is a scam don't trust them at all. They scam my ticket money away! I bought it 1st time, they called to say my transaction did not went through ask me to pay again. Then the next morning they told me price has increase ask me to top up. Seriously? I tried calling them no one answered (HK phone no.) & they did not reply my email anymore.

Sky-Tours is not your ordinary travel agency. They truly represent the best interests of their passengers. Sky-Tours initially helped me reschedule flights to May 2020 when my original itinerary got canceled back in Sept 2019 (pre-COVID). In May 2020, my flights got canceled due to COVID and Sky-Tours stepped in and ensured that not only were my flights rebooked to a future date in 2021 but also demanded that the airline removed the fare difference they tried to upcharge me for. I can say with confidence that Sky-Tours is not your ordinary travel agency since you can feel that they care about their customers. Most travel agencies don't even give you an avenue to contact them during COVID times but with Sky-Tours, they do their best to make sure you are in good hands. Thanks Sky-Tours. Hang in there during these difficult times.

Lied to the airline

I just talked to United Airline to check that Sky-tours requested the refund or not. Because they kept telling me that I have to contact United Airline directly to get refund which is totally incorrect. I requested refund since March but I haven't received any refund yet. It's over $4300. United Airline told me they talked to Sky-tours today and they informed United that they refunded me in April which is totally a lie. They delayed 5months already even though they got refund from airlines already.
