If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Sky Tours was absolutely horrible. Due to a glitch on their website, our flights were booked for the wrong date. When we contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility, despite the issue being caused by their system.
Instead of offering a fair solution, they tried to price gouge us by charging an outrageous $186 per person to change our flights—more than double what we originally paid! We later contacted Air India directly and were able to fix the issue ourselves for only $50 per person. This proves that Sky Tours either never actually reached out to Air India or was deliberately trying to scam us.
Their customer service was awful—rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. We will never use Sky Tours again, and I highly recommend that no one else does either. Book directly with the airline and save yourself the frustration!

My sister-in-law bought tickets for herself and her two children from Chicago to Mexico on December 8th. On December 14th, Sky Tours refunded her money without any notice—and for less than she paid. She only discovered the issue at the airport, 15 days later, when the airline said the booking didn't exist.
Sky Tours claimed the flight was full, but the airline confirmed there were still seats available. They didn't offer a solution, discount, or apology. This company is completely unreliable. I'll make sure my family and friends never use them, and neither should you.
I made a mistake of booking tickets for my sisters. At first, they said the payment declined but it went through on my sister's card. Then I realized the system changed the dates and I wanted to correct them. They're not responding to my emails and their line is busy. I am pissed and anxious. Only to come online and see the scanners They're. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM
A flight was canceled and 7 months later I'm still not reimbursed. They don't allow phone calls so you can't speak to a representative. They claim they can't send me a check. They also say my bank info does not match theirs so they can't deposit into my account. They were reimbursed from their airline so there is no reason why I should still be waiting.
I had the bad idea to take my plane tickets with them through skyscanner I paid 413 dollars the first time and this morning I received an email from them asking me again for 122 dollars I so paid and I still don't have my plane tickets I'm leaving next week

We purchased tickets to fly from Washington DC to Nova Scotia in September 2022 and bought travel insurance since my husband has cancer and his treatment was not yet finalized. We were unable to go and filled out all the papers Sky-Tours requested on time. The agent was very solicitous and said we would hear from the insurance company. We inquired regularly and were told we were in the que. Multiple emails and months later (since they have no phone number) we were told they needed our bank information because our credit card had been compromised and replaced. In March 2023 we got a partial refund, short $400. I sent an email asking why so little and how did they reach that amount and have never heard back from them. Insult to injury our bank charged us to receive a wire transfer!

Booked flights London to Madrid with them including seats and luggage allowances. Everything was confirmed by email On the back of this confirmed tours, hotels etc. The following day received this:

This company sells tickets without having bought them beforehand. The same tickets are sold several times, which leads to the fact that already paid flights can not be taken. This is only found out at the airport and you do not get a ticket at check-in and have to buy a new one. This is what happened to me and I still have not received my money. This although I have pointed out sky-tours several times by email (support phone number is invalid!). They consider themselves with excuses that the attachments are not opened or they still have to clarify this. Then you hear again nothing more...

When I wanted to obtain my ticket for the return flight at the check-in on 04.01.2023 at Bangkok airport and hand in my luggage, I was informed of the following:
-We cannot issue you a ticket because your return trip has been "suspended.
-I could not be given a reason and it was impossible to get a ticket for the flight.
I would like to note here that the ticket outward and return journey was already paid and confirmed by you!
This had the consequence:
-that I had to buy a new ticket for ******* Baht or CHF 800.
-that I missed my original flight.
-additional waiting time of 5 hours at the airport. (Food 1000 Baht or CHF 30.-).
-3000 Baht or CHF 85.- paid for a seat with legroom. (Flight Doha - Zurich)
-For the Bangkok Doha flight, this option was not available even with additional costs. (3000 Baht or CHF 85.-)
-> For my original return flight, I would have included a seat with legroom on both return flights (BKK - Doha - ZRH). (Early booking)
-waiting time Doha 3 instead of 2 hours
-that I could not show up for work as planned on 05.01.2023
-> loss of my income of one day (CHF *******.- / 365days = CHF 330.-).

I would like to note that I am deeply outraged and annoyed and will never use the "service" of sky-tours again.

I expect the following here by 20.01.2023 at the latest:
-immediate transfer of at least CHF 1330.
-explanation why this happened.
If you will not comply with this, I feel compelled to take legal action through my lawyer.

The support team has been very responsive but they just keep on telling me to wait a bit longer for the ticketing department to issue the ticket. They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?
