I bought my tickets to fly to India during July 2021 (planning to fly during Oct 2021) along with "Gold Cancellation protection" which cost me CAD $146 extra, however due to COVID I needed to cancel my travel plans. I notified Sky tours to cancel my flights during August 2021. Most of the airlines and Travel companies process their refunds within 6 months. Sky-tours however seems like have no intentions to refund for the cancellations. For 6 months, Sky-tours kept me informing that my refund is in process and after 9 months they have denied the refund stating it is against their policy…I mean is this some kind of Joke? Sky-tours has offered a voucher, which is another JOKE and money grabbing tactic. The terms and conditions to use voucher is as follows.
Terms and Conditions
-Refund Vouchers can be used as part payment towards a future booking up to
Maximum amount of 50% of the purchased travel.
- Refund Vouchers are only valid for use at www.sky-tours.com and might be used
For any service advertised on-page.
- The new booking made with the voucher must be purchased within the validity
Date. The travel date can be later!
- 6 months of validity will be set every time you use the credit.
- Once the voucher has expired it has no use and the value is forfeited.
- Remaining credit can be used as many times until the amount is 0 (zero).
- Cash refunds are not allowed.

Sky tours refused to help me at all when I was denied boarding for not having a pcr test. That was my fault, BUT if I'd been given proper help (Sky tours told me they couldn't help; I'd have to contact Turkish Air. The latter said the same b/c it wasn't their ticket), I could have simply flown that first leg of an 8 leg r/t ticket for $2300 on my own and salvaged the ticket. But they didn't tell me that until it was too late. I LOST EVEN THE RETURN TICKET 3 MONTHS FROM NOW! $2300 down the drain and I never flew even one leg of the ticket! BUY FROM THE AIRLINES AND SAVE MONEY!

After my flights were canceled due to COVID, I had to send lots of emails to get a 50% discount voucher. Now when I try to use the voucher for a ticket that cost $680, the sky tours asks for $1000 to add 30kg of luggage to the ticket both ways. The airline included the luggage in the flight anyway, and I don't know why sky tours want to rip me off. I have to use this voucher, and I have no choice. Can someone contact me and explain this to me.
This company is a scam! They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?
Sorry for the long post. This is probably my fault for letting this go for so long but I am hoping someone can give me advice on how to proceed from here. March 2021, I purchased a multi-city ticket from Skytours to travel on April 1,2021. The day before departure I went to check in and couldn't find my flight. I then called Unitedairlines, the airline I was going to leave with and was told that my flight had been cancelled and to contact the agency I had used to rebook.
I then contacted Skytours and asked why I hadn't received any notification about the cancellation and they told me it was my responsibility to check on flight status within 72hrs. They called Unitedairlines and I was offered a flight leaving April 5,2021 however I needed to be at my destination for April 2 so I declined and was told they would be issuing a refund. I had to book another ticket. Since then I have been following up with Sky Tours and being told that they have not received the refund from the airline.
How this scam of a company still exists is a mystery..

Very unsatisfied with the service, communication, availability and updates:
- I booked a flight and received a message that i will be receiving the confirmation to my email, which I never received.
- 6 days of continuous attempt to reach out to customer service. No one answers the phone call.
- After multiple attempts, I was able to chat with a representative online and told that the order has been cancelled.
- Very disappointed and unsatisfied because not only I didn't get the ticket from them, but also, I missed lots of other good deals.
- Still waiting for the refund. Let's see how long it will take.

Bought the ticket 26/2/2020. I should have travelled 25/03/2020 but flight cancelled due to pandemic.
Almost 23 emails and got same copy paste message in last one year.
"we have not received the reimbursement. The settlement period between airline and agencies are not regularly like before. We can not estimate the exact date when we can receive the money, but we are in close touch with the ticketing agent. We will reimburse you as soon as the money arrives in our account. Sorry for any inconvenience."

This company is a scam. Book directly with an airline instead.
For months, I have been trying to get a refund from this company after the airline cancelled a flight, and for months they have been claiming the airline has not issued the refund. Yet, people I knew who booked the same flight through different means we're able to get their refund within a week. I even bought a package ensuring I would get assistance if my flight was cancelled to get a refund. They have dismissed my constant request of proof of correspondence with the airline, and tried to push a voucher for 30% off of booking with them as a refund after waiting months for a full refund? Why would I want to spend more money at this company when they cannot issue a simple refund?
What is the point of responsive customer service if the customer is just going to be actively dismissed?
Avoid this company for your sanity's sake.

I booked tickets on 19th february and got a ticket after a week. After talking to the airlines I came to know that the tickets are cancelled by the booking agent and did no get information from the agent. My travel date is in less than 5 days and response from them. Don't tempt by the cheap prices offered by sky-tours.com, they are a scam
My children are military members. When we tried to book a flight to get my son home for Christmas, my daughter found militaryfares.com and booked a round trip flight. The first leg of his return flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and no alternatives were offered. He found a flight with Southwest and luckily got back in time to report for duty. Little did I know, Militaryfares.com uses Sky Tours to book their travel. I have been fighting with Sky Tours for 6 weeks for my refund. Frontier won't respond because I didn't book through them.
I only came to know from the airport that my flight has been cancelled today. According to the airliness, they have informed all travel agents 2 weeks on the cancellation but there is no notice from your side to inform me. I have send email to your booking department, customers service but no reply. There is no apology or refund or arrange another flight for me. Bad experience and its all bad. Now I am stranded and what is the way that I could get a refund. Totally a scam
Vor allem war nicht klar, ob Gepäck im Flugpreis inbegriffen ist. Dann habe ich von Sky-tours einen Link zum E-Ticket erhalten, der zu einer leeren Seite führte. Nach Kontakt mit Sky-tours Kundendienst erhielt ich einen Link zur E-Ticket von American Airlines. Warum habe ich nicht vom Anfang an den Link zum E-Ticket von AA erhalten? Danach habe ich die Gepäck-Frage mit American Airlines geklärt. Das Einkauferlebnis war somit umständlich.

I booked a flight from Delhi to Sydney via Mumbai and Singapore. First flight was supposed to take off at 09.40 pm Indian time from Delhi to Mumbai with Vistara and then after a 2-hour layover it was supposed to take me from Mumbai to Singapore with the same airline. After a 10-hour layover at Singapore's Changi Airport, it was supposed to travel with Qantas Airline on 02 Dec at 08.30 pm local time of Singapore. On 29 Nov, Australian Government announced about delaying the international border opening until 15 Dec.
I contacted the website to reschedule my flights as it was not my fault. They did not reply me for 2 days (Today, I am writing this review on 1 Dec). I am very much upset. When we book a ticket through a third-party website, they are responsible to handle the issues if customers' concerns are genuine. Despite a genuine concern, they did not fulfil their responsibility. Neither they refund nor reschedule nor gave me any voucher. I have deduced a fact that they are totally a fraudulent website for which I am escalating this matter to the higher authority to close their portal permanently.
Do not trust this website. They neither respect their customers, nor their money or emotions.

I do not recommend sky-tours at all.
After flight cancellation due to Covid by airline company, airline company has refund sky-tours, but sky tour did not refund me.
Instead a voucher limited in time that enables to pay only 20% of any new booking price. This is really a shame, I have lost my money!
