I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience with a company. I had to exchange my items for a sizing issue. I felt extremely taken care. I am so very impressed with the quality of my items!

First off, these products work exactly as advertised. The shaping and slimming is on point. One of my pieces shipped with a slight tear in the fabric. They issued an immediate replacement, told me to keep the piece I had, and even shipped me a size up because I noticed my original piece ran a bit smaller than expected. All together, the quality of the customer care and the product is top notch. I will definitely purchase from here again and recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a swimsuit and a panty but received 2 swimsuits in the wrong size, nor what i even ordered.
I contacted customer service and they sent my products and i was able to keep the products that they sent. I gave them to my sister which she loved.
Very helpful with making sure i received the end products i ordered.

The jumper fit perfectly. I holds all the areas in that needed holding. It was comfortable. The only issue I have is when you need the restroom you have to remove the whole thing. But it was still worth the struggle.

This was my first time using your site. It was recommended by an associate. I ordered (3/5/26) three items to use under a formal gown. Estimated delivery was 3/11/26 but I did not receive the shipment until 3/17/26. I tried on the garments received and decided to keep the one that best fit under the gown - as stated above very satisfied. Since 3/27/26 I have been trying to return and get a refund for the other two items and the process is very slow!

I ordered a shapewear product, unfortunately, in the wrong size. I contacted the customer service department, and they responded right away. Asking for my measurements to ensure that I received the correct size. They even let me keep the larger shapewear and sent me the correct size immediately. Will continue to do business with them as long as the customer service stays this dedicated to the consumer.

Im a plus size woman, I have back rolls i decided to get some shape wear for when I get dressed up the first one I ordered came below my bra strap give me back tits, then I couldn't get it buttoned or fastened then I ordered the full pull up body shaper can't get this one past the flab of meat that hangs over the top of your bra that we push down in the bra, still working it though I will figure it out

The shipping was confusing because they didn't update the tracking, so my order randomly showed up when I thought they hadn't even been shipped yet. But otherwise I love the suits!
