The time frame and additional steps needed to get a refund is difficult for no reason. I have been in contact with customer service for over a week via email. All I want is to return the item because it did not fit and receive my refund. Still wanting for company to review my request for a refund before they will approve it and provide the return address information. Very disappointed.

My order was received in time and the material is super soft. Shapes me and smooths my back. Will definitely purchase more products.

The shape-wear was beautiful. However, I was not impressed with the fabric material because they were too thin for me. I am a size medium and I sized down to a small. For me an xtra small would have been ok because I still had room remaining. It just was not firm enough. I will be returning them.

Shapellx has amazing customer service. Easy returns if you have an issue. I consistently buy an XL is all shapewear, and they fit, which I appreciate. For the quality of their garments, the price is worth it. I really like that they rely on customer feedback to improve their products. I also like they use different body types. That's important to improving the brand.

My item arrived on time and were as expected. I love the feel and the fit. Would definitely recommend to all my ladies in the baby pouch club. Fupa? Where? The product made me feel sexy and confident in a dress. Lifting the booty was a plus.

I love how easy it is to get on. One-pieces can be difficult sometimes! I've been on a weight loss journey and have lost 40lbs. I'm unsure of my size in general these days, but relied on measurements. They were accurate! However, based on the same measurements, a size M or L for one company ended up being a size 3XL for this one! Which just... felt bad HA but the bathing suit is great. I wish it had as much lift for me as your beautiful models, but that's my personal issue

Looking forward to getting something with more tummy control. I thought the one I received was for tummy control but it's more of a spanx feeling

I had to exchange the original Waist Trainer order, and I was able to do so seamlessly. I received my new Waist Trainer in record time, and it was a pleasant surprise.

They were able to assist me with find the correct size. Postpartum body changes have led me to not know my size some days thinking I'm still huge so I ordered way too big. They helped me with a complete reorder with no issues!

I was extremely happy how fast it came however I've of the hooks bent and won't catch and it's very uncomfortable. I'm a little disappointed about that. But I did wear it and felt confident considering I'm 225 lbs with a very large mid section

Overall, excellent quality, but I have some pieces that do not fit even based on the Size/Fit guide. Unfortunately, I did not return/exchange in time. Fortunately, I am on a weight loss journey and expect to use those pieces along the way.
