I'm usually size small but I order a larger size. I thought it would fit but when I tried it on it was hard to pull it up. I feel like it's going to be ripped.

Overall, my experience has been excellent, particularly the prompt shipping and attentive customer services. It is unfortunate, however, that I have not been able to secure the right fit.

My experience has been great with Shapellx. I had an issue with one of my Gotte's a while back. They credited me back for the merchandise and didn't ask for it back and they sent me another and also they gave me a $10 credit for my next purchase now that is amazing and awesome.

You guys advertise that these don't rip however one of them I tried on immediately and there's a whole rip in it. The second one I wore the next day and there is a run in the entire leg. The only reason why I purchased them was because of the idea that they would not run.

It was easy to order. I received the product quickly. Returning it is a processed and not as easy as ordering. A little frustrated with return process

I made a purchase, I received my package pretty quickly however the item didn't fit. I emailed their customer service they gave me a gift card for the amount of my purchase to reorder or buy something else with. I would definitely buy again from Shapellx.

After ordering shapewear from there that I really like and fits perfect, I decided to order leggings. I wanted them for the gym and got a large which I felt were a little too tight for my liking. I went ahead and exchanged for an extra large. They made it so quick and easy!

I ordered the bare essentials hourglass full body brief bodysuit as needed a compression garment after abdominoplasty (and breast reduction). This works well for that, and for general wear. It is attractive and comfortable. I just ordered two more. 5 stars! Thank You!

The overall service was great. I purchased a black BOOT-YEAH MeshSmooth Deep Plunge Bodysuit and was too small. They exchange it and didn't have me return the order, because it was my firts time. I really appreciate the smooth, professonal service.

Several times since receiving I have sent an email stating that it was too big, that I didn't like the overall fit and I wanted to return it with a full refund. I have gotten no response

Once I got the sizing down everything fit perfectly. The shapewear panties are my favorite. The shapewear shorts are the most practical for when u need the most support. Don't put any shapewear in the dryer or it will start to roll down the rib a bit and get uncomfortable. Truly no complaints here. Great product. Shapellx is exactly who they think they are. I'll be back again too.
