I purchased a 1x and it didn't fit and free of charge they sent me a bigger size and I absolutely love it. A size 3x was the fit. Its snug and perfect and now ineed many more. Sooo happy with the make up. I'm glad they didn't give up. Absolutely happy.

I requested a return of the 2 bodysuit items because they did not fit properly. I was offered option to get a gift card & keep the items, which I agreed to. Now awaiting gift card to order replacements.

I had a return and was told it would be replaced. I never recieved the replacement item though. It probably got delivered to the wrong address, but I cant prove it. So I just feel out... I mean it was just hose... but it still sucks. I ji5st wish I got my money back instead.

I ordered from Shapellx and was very excited when it said my package was delivered! However, it disappeared. I could not find it where they supposed left it or any other usual mail delivery places. I contacted Shapellx about what happened and they were extremely helpful! They helped me get another order going for the exact same product. I have now received it and am extremely excited to try it!

I love my Shapellx waist trainer! The fit is very comfortable and it gives great support without feeling too tight. It shapes my waist nicely, and I can work out in it as well as wear it as a daily trainer with no issues. Definitely happy with the quality and comfort — highly recommend!

From my previous experience with ordering swimsuits they have fit me perfectly I haven't had to return them that is kind of what deterred me from ever ordering swimsuits online but these work.

Love everything about these products. I keep buying more cause it really holds everything and giving me the perfect curves. I can wear it under anything.

I ordered based off the measurement sizing chart and the item was a bit tighter than expected. If you don't want to feel like you're catching your breath often then I would go up a size. Other than that it's a great product.

Item just as described. I tried it on as soon as it arrived, and it fitted great! I wear a size 22, but I ordered a 5x, and it worked perfectly! I had purchased 2 other shapers from another vendor, but after I saw how great this one fitted, I returned the other two :)

I liked the shapewear, though it was bit hard to get on, needs more stretch. Disappointed with the bras, I wear a size 2x and both bras I ordered did not fit. I cant get a refund which I did not know. I dont want to exchange because probably wont fit. Not made for plus size breasts.

For me the sizing was off and did not provide the support that is advertised. I ordered a small based on the sizing guide and it was loose.

It's my second order. I wasn't too happy with the first one because they sent me some stuff that I didn't order but too big for me. If you want to give me a gift choose at least something from the size that's in my order. Don't send me any random thing that I'm not gonna be able to wear. Otherwise, I like most of the stuff that I order.

Ensure folks get what they ordered. Its usually for a function and you messing up an order messes up the fit for the occasion

The shaper I ordered was amazing! I got it to wear under my wedding dress. It is a hassle to get on, but it truly does the job! I am very excited to wear this! It gives me the smooth shape I want for my special day!

The ordering was easy and the suit is beautiful. Slimming and stylish. True to size, but it is compression, so if you want looser then order up a size. I ordered medium and it looks great, but it's definitely compressing.

I have gotten more compliments on my bathing suits from Shapellx, last summer! I've lost weight since then (80 pounds) so I'm getting 3 more for this summer in a smaller size! Yay

Some clothes you wear the print of the zipper or shows and that looks really tacky so I hope with these ones I'm purchases today that doesn't happen

I loved this item, but it didn't fit because I'm bigger on top. The return process is too long and I don't like the fact that you wouldn't issue my credit unless I completed this customer satisfaction survey. For that reason, I will not be ordering from your company again.
