Very satisfied. Excellent customer service, providing step by step courteous guidance making this first experience very positive. It was complicated as my boxes were at a friend's house in the US but had to be shipped on the spot. One box was opened but carefully repacked. Nothing missing or broken. Highly recommended.

We used sendmybag to bring 5 boxes from California to Spain. Very helpful staff, who answered our myriad questions and helped ensure we made it through the customs process.
The collection and drop off were both excellent via Parcel force such Sendmybag uses and it worked really well as a courier. My only ussue is the extras that you pay for such as labels, and the label holders (which I already had). So it ended up being more expensive than at first appeared and that's always annoying. However as far as reliability is concerned I would use them again.
We recently use Send My Bag service to send luggages. One arrived and one did not. It did not make sense as it was sent at the same time and it is as big as a small kitchen dining table for 4 people. We are not talking about a small package.
The Send My Bag teams has not been very truthful. They have been pushing me around from one person to another. They blamed DHL. If that is the case I might just as well use DHL directly which I will from now on.
I definitely do not recommend using Send My Bag since. They use DHL and it is easier to work with DHL directly then have to go through Send My Bag.
The team at Send My Bag promise us that they will find the luggage. That it was impossible that such a big item can be lost. Especially with a tracking number. They promised us to keep looking until they find it. Now they tell me they are giving up.
One week they write they have found it then to tell me another week that they give up. They are not consistent and are not professional.
Use DHL directly instead of using Send My Bag.
Please honour your word Send My Bag team ad find my luggage. Please proof that you are a company to be trusted.

I sent a box with some Kitchen tools from IRELAND to ITALY, and the service has been very efficient and fast. I booked on the website on Wednesday, on Thursday the box was collected without any problem, and Monday I got the box at home.
Just a comment on the cost: sending the same box from Italy to Ireland cost about half price (with another carrier)

Although the courier in our opinion did not ring our doorbell and claimed no one was home, the Send my Bag team kindly rearranged collection for another day and without charge. This time it went well and the parcel arrived intact at the destination.
Throughout the transaction the send my bag team were faultless.

Collection was on the day agreed but no specific time was set to had to wait in all day. The final price was higher than originally mentioned on the website which was disappointing.
But the suitcase arrived at its destination safely and although it had been opened en route (possibly by customs as the locking mechanism was not damaged at all), nothing was missing from the case and there was no damage to either the case or the contents.

Very satisfied with this service. Only problem I had was 4 days after the package was delivered I received an email with a bill for an additional $71. The email stated that my package exceeded the dimensions. Thankfully the recipient was able to salvage was left of the UHaul box with the dimensions clearly labeled on the box. Next time I will take pictures of the measurements prior to sending it off. Not cool
Every time I have used Send my Bag, not only has customer service been reliably prompt, friendly, and helpful with any problems that came up, but my boxes have arrived in record time and in good shape.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
