Sent box from UK to USA. Preparation was easy, well executed on both collection and delivery, and package arrived earlier than anticipated! You can of course choose a delivery date convenient to you through DHL.

As an ex-pat, I had to ship multiple suitcases over the years between Los Angeles and France. Every experience with Send My Bad was smooth and predictable. I was always amazed by how quick I could get a pickup scheduled and the shipment always arrived on-time! I would use Send My Bad again without hesitation!
Only downsides are the rather strict rules on batteries, it would be helpful to be able to ship electronics devices with their spare batteries.
I did this from NYC - Italy and then Italy - Alabama and am very happy with the service. Packed a very heavy box and basically laminated it with tape and was able to move without stressing at the airport over my luggage weight. The door to door service is amazing for someone without a car. DHL gives a pretty wide pickup window of 10 - 18 which is a bit inconvenient but they came early both times and it was seamless. Cannot recommend this service more!
My bag arrived four days ahead of the estimated delivery date. The most difficult part was figuring out how to attach the labels. I booked too late to order the company's supplies. I was unwilling to pay for the express shipping after I had already over shopped and needed to ship this additional bag. I did not want to pay $$$$ extra baggage fees for two airlines. In addition the weight allowance is more through this service. No complaints, really excited that this is an option.
I was a bit concerned that I could not speak to anyone but the process worked really well. They came on time to collect the parcel and the App was brilliant. I was able to track it daily.
Was a little worried that post brexit things would be a bit more complicated, and more expensive, to send my belongings from EU to UK - Sendmybag made everything simple, it didn't seem to cost more than my previous experiences, and everything went really smoothly. Would use again for sure!
What should have been a straight foward process with Royal Mail my packages to Sweden travelled back and forth to Northern Ireland bcause Custom Officials in the EU did not understand the Brexit Protocol arrangements for N. I. Eventually retrieved, they were sent via "Send my Bag"and arrived within 4 days. Frequent Updates given throughout and brilliant Customer Service.
Fabulous service collecting my daughters' luggage from Glasgow and delivering to Portstewart the next day. Lorry driver was very helpful and insisted on carrying luggage down the stairs for them.
My suitcase was badly damaged when being shipped from France to Germany. I personally only caught up with it a month after it was delivered to the destination, and I had to replace the luggage :(
I would say the most difficult part of the "sendmybag" experience was itemising and added a value to each item in the cases. The rest of it was a complete easy task. The bags were collected on said day, the driver was super helpful and extremely courteous. The bags were shipping and arrived within a few days to their final destination in the UK. The webpage was up-to-date with the tracking of the bags and at no stage was there a worry.
All items arrived in tack with nothing amiss.
Would I use them again, most definitely.

Bags were collected on time, and arrived at their destination ahead of schedule. This worked really well for me as I had moved. It might have been an issue if I hadn't been available to receive them due to the early arrival, the bags also arrived in two separate deliveries, but the app was wonderful at informing me of this. So can't fault the experience, and would definitely do it again
