Very happy with the service, the courrier, and the tracking available as well as communication.
I wish we could still send hold-alls though as it would be handier for holiday.

Everything arrived earlier than stated.
The only problem I had was that it is quite complicated to organise all their demands pre shipping after Brexit. Probably not the fault of send my bag.
Next time will be easier.

Cannot complain, did it in less than a day, identified all suitcases with the labels, they got picked up by DHL in Germany and all shipped right away. One arrived after the other but they all got intact to the final destination in the US. Thanks!

I've shipped some of my clothes from the uk to mainland Europe. SendMyBaag was very helpful and organised, I haven't had to pay for custom duties and received my clothes quite soon!

I booked Send My Bag to collect a box of books from me for dispatch to a friend in Florida. It's not the first time I've used them. We were in the midst of packing up to move house and I needed to be able to rely on prompt collection and safe delivery to the destination. Great step-by-step updates and we are 100% satisfied. I had moved over to Berlin from Dublin and wished to have some additional belongings sent over such as hiking gear and an Xbox.
It was all very seamless and the journey was a mere 4 days door to door.
Would use again.

The whole process was timely however half my luggage arrived on one day and the next on another which meant I had to spend two days waiting around. Also one box had gotten really wet so the clothes at the bottom stunk when they arrived.

Send my Bag was reliable, fast and well organised. Despite the pandemic they arrived quickly and were tracked consistently, bags were in good condition with all the items enclosed. Very impressed. It's the second time I've used them.
