I sent a holdall! To BCN from Ireland and gave the dimensions I recorded in good faith. Alas there is a natural bulge with holdalls which SMB no longer accept which would suggest there was a bigger issue than me but 2 months after the bag was sent I received a demand for extra money something that was never pre warned but really a good experience turned sour pretty quickly with the threatening way the outstanding amount that I take on trust of 'sensors in transit'
I had a lot happening in my life and missed mails before I noticed my credit rating was been threatened.

The only thing that would have been useful is a general idea on how long the process takes to complete. From creating an inventory, to acquiring the code. It takes longer than you think and it would have been useful to have been made aware of those steps in the process. But apart from that it was clear and simple to do and everything worked from collection to delivery.

Received email saying my luggage was lost, had a few phone calls with different teams during which I was told they did not know what was happening, finally received my luggage (on time and in perfect condition) but was asked for an extra 7 euros (luggage overweight, wish there had been a way to check the weight when the luggage was picked up.) The luggage arrived safe and sound but unnecessary stress.
Overall a very positive experience with sendmybag during a very stressful time it made the move so much easier to get the bags on their way. They were collected on the day that was agreed and deliverer on time too.

The guy from sendmybag came to my house to pick my bag in Lisbon and after 2 days the bag arrived in a italy. They also gave me the chance to track it, so I was always updated about the position of my bag. I am very satisfied with this service and also the price was very competitive. I will surely use it again.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
