I was very impressed with the tracking facility which gave me confidence that my suitcase was in my hotel before I arrived. It was in transit over the Christmas period for my New Year break in Vienna. Liaison with "One Traveller" worked like a dream which meant I could use my airline luggage allowance for my mobility walker.

Service door to door! No need to travel with a big suitcase and the extra weight! Great service in the UK. They give you a timeframe. On the other hand, I was waiting all day in Spain for the suitcase to be picked up (8:00am-6:00pm). That needs an improvement! Both arrived in perfect condition and on time (or earlier). Also used this service for my daughters year abroad (suitcase + boxes) Perfect!

It took me a little while to decide whether to use this service to send my suitcase & although collection was delayed on the day I received my bag a couple of days later in good condition and contents intact
The only thing I didn't like was not being allowed to lock my case, and that's what caused my hesitation in sending.
Grateful it worked out well.

They did an amazing job. Picked my bag up right from my flat in London, got it to my door in the NY burbs surprisingly quickly and in great condition. Definitely going to use them again.

What great service. Everything was easy to follow and understand. The delivery was really fast. I would definitely use SendMyBag again. This time I was shipping Spain to UK (Don't forget the customs declaration) and last year I used New Zealand to UK. Excellent on both occasions.
