I had a friend that would be relocating across the Globe (Europe). She had a lot of personal items. She asked if she could borrow a suitcase yes no worries. Expenses had piled up she then asked if she could leave the suitcase she would retrieve it at a later date. I decided I would send it to her. Your company did a GREAT JOB! Her suitcase only took I think two days. She emailed me she was shocked when it arrived the time frame was unreal. Thanks again for your professional services.
I was truly surprised by the price and how quickly and smoothly everything was picked up and delivered. I also contacted customer service a couple of times for information purposes and they were very helpful and polite. Overall I'd highly recommend this service. We shipped a massive box and a bike from the US to Europe.

From booking to delivery, the service received was excellent. Bags even arrived quicker at the destination than expected. It was a great way to move all my personal belongs from the US back to the U. Bag got there and back ok unfortunately never got to open it has we at to fly home early due to Covid pandemic. Send my bag tried to charge extra for return journey saying case was oversize but it hadn't been opened. Obviously as it had been stood for a long time on one end the clothes had settled but explaining that was not enough so had to take photos of case with measurements and send them. Bit of a faf for something obvious but eventually sorted.
It was one of the best and most convenient services that I have booked. The guy came and fetched the suitcase at my place and it was delivered in the Netherlands a week later without any hazzle. The guy was extremely friendly and very service-minded and all worked out very well.
When Europe closed its borders, I had to pack up my apartment and leave the country overnight. Sendmybag's timely pickup and helpful personnel eased so much stress from this insane story - knowing that I wouldn't have to carry my heaviest luggage through multiple airports was a relief. It showed up at my door in New York less than a week later!
Really easy to use the delivery service, had to send some boxes of personal items back and forth between Germany and UK for a short term stay, all worked out very well and for a reasonable price. Would use again! We had an issue with something (fault on our end) and customer service team were very helpful and sorted it out ASAP.

I was very worried about missing the driver as the reception at my accommodation refused to either take my bag or ring me if he arrived but the driver rang me on arrival and was so kind! He even had an adhesive pocket to attach the label onto my bag when he saw me running over with cling film and duct tape to try to attach it! The bag arrived home within a week during the peak of the pandemic. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
