Because of COVID, I was trapped in the UK with all of my belongings stuck in italy last May. All other companies were either not functioning or had very specific requirements of boxes and drop-offs. Send my bag allowed my bags (of ALL shapes and sizes) to be returned to me, with super easy pick up and delivery from and to my door. Price was great too, they absolutely saved me.

We sent ski bags and luggage from LA to Sun Peaks in Canada. They arrived on time and we were updated at every step along the way.

My child was studying abroad and had accumulated another entire suitcase. It was just too much for her to handle by herself going to the airport. Send my bag came, helped, so that she did not have to deal with this extra baggage. We received the suitcase in about a week or two after she returned. It was so nice not to have to worry about it. We highly recommend.

Discovered this service by accident and I would certainly recommend it. Great personal phone interaction and my bag arrived well within the time frame. Had to change the dates a few times and had to reschedule but the staff here could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Used sendmybag when I was moving back to the UK from China at the beginning of the pandemic. They were really great in making sure that my items were sent once the courier service was back up and running.

Our baggage was collected at the time promised and received at our hotel also as promised. The backup was always friendly and polite. Their charges were reasonable and our cases were undamaged, both in going and returning. I would recommend this firm to any holiday makers. We have never used them outside Europe.

Excellent bag collected and delivery very efficiently

It was taken on agreed date and it was delivered earlier than it was expected. It might be courier drivers fault but some box came broken but nothing is missing.

I was so happy. It was very easy to do.
I sent my bags ahead of me and they arrived the next morning, 8 AM sharp.

No hassle at the airport etc.
