I had to get my whole life sent over from Myanmar in South-East Asia after the pandemic hit and it couldn't have been easier. My boxes arrived so quickly and I was able to track them the whole way home. I couldn't have been more grateful for such a reliable service during a very tricky time.
Send My Bag made moving to a new country less stressful, and that was huge considering moving to a new continent is nothing but stressful. I was ahead to send my bags ahead of my flight so they were already at my new house waiting for me when I arrived. Highly recommend!

Having never used this service before I did get a little confused with some of the instructions but because I needed to get this back to my daughter quickly I did not have time to use the official luggage labels, but it arrived safely and on time from Australia to UK. I would use this service again.

I wanted to secs a box of clothing to my daughter in France from my home in the UK. I looked at the post office initially and the quote was £80 or so including insurance. It was her idea to try Send my Bag and it much cheaper and included insurance cover. It was picked up from my home and arrived safely in good time. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Because of COVID, I was trapped in the UK with all of my belongings stuck in italy last May. All other companies were either not functioning or had very specific requirements of boxes and drop-offs. Send my bag allowed my bags (of ALL shapes and sizes) to be returned to me, with super easy pick up and delivery from and to my door. Price was great too, they absolutely saved me.

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
