I use sendmybag services a year ago in middle of pandemic. I sent 2 pieces of luggage from Australia to France. I was very satisfied by the service my stuff arrived as planned despite all the air traffic difficulties. Excellent prices and very easy to use with the app. I will use again if needed and highly recommend.
Very straightforward and easy to use! Bags can be tracked when on route, pick up and delivery was done in a timely manner. 100% recommend it!

The pick up was super easy and uncomplicated. I got both my suitcases very fast and without any problems.

I had an unbelievably bad experience with this company. The scheduled collection, through DHL Netherlands, never took place despite the fact that I was home the whole day waiting for the truck. Called at 15.00 and given the information that the truck was on its way. At 17.00 they said that the truck had been here at 12.50 (when I was home and no one rang the bell). When explaining that I was leaving the country tomorrow, having had tests, booked hotels, flights etcetera, Send My Bag said that they put in a request for DHL to collect in the evening. After waiting for the truck for two hours, I was notified that the request had been denied. In other words, me and my family are screwed. We need to rebook all of our travel plans, take new tests and spend another day from morning until night waiting for a new truck that might not appear. Awful service, awful communication. Think twice about placing any confidence in this company when it comes to your personal belongings.
The whole service was seamless, it was well priced and they even helped me with customs documents when I needed to request a refund(U. K.).
Smooth experience with door-to-door shipping, US to Hong Kong! Much less expensive than using one of the major carriers. Would highly recommend.
I felt sentmybag over charged for bag. I had measured bag and added a few centimetres to size to be sure I was not under sizing and still I was informed that I owed extra for size of my bag. I wasn't told until bag was gone and I had no way to take pictures of it. Friends also had this experience.

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
