Flights were altered for us 4 times and Send My Bag were so accommodating in altering our collection date. Eventually we managed to get on flights and arrived at our destination two days before our boxes were delivered. Fantastic service and we are so grateful to get our belongings back home. Great job

My experience with SendMyBag ran as smoothly as clockwork from placing my order to delivery. I asked them to collect at my address in Spain on a certain date at a certain time and they were there on the dot, they gave me a time and date for delivery and once again it was there on time. I was so impressed that I would use them again should the need arise.
The process is very simple you fill in the form, describe what you will send (size, weight, type of parcel) and chose a date for a person to come pick it up from you place.
The person came right on time and my boxes and suitcase arrived 5 days later.

I sent three cardboard boxes from the UK to France. They were picked up on time and the instructions were quite clear. They arrived on time as well, albeit somewhat beat up, with some of the handle holes quite torn. All items inside were intact and accounted for
It was easy to book, pack my bags and send it. It was collected on time and received on time at the destination. Great experience overall. I would use it again.
Although it was difficult to meet the criteria for the shipment (box, measures, etc.) because they were very concrete/strict, the package arrived in perfect conditions and right on time.

Once again, we were delighted with the service received recently from Send My Bag. The shorter time slots for collection was an added bonus. Your drivers were polite, efficient and friendly and the booking in process was easy. All in all, highly recommended.
The only thing I would recommend is that you check if the bags can contain foodstuffs. I didn't know I could send tea (but not coffee) from China in my bag. However, they waited for it to quickly be switched out, so it all worked out in the end. Excellent way to bring my goods when I couldn't get back due to COVID-19.
I used the service to send my bags to a small town in Italy and the whole process was really good! I have nothing to complain about it.
Had to ship a large box abroad and got a recommendation to use SendMyBag. After signing up for an account and filling out all the info, they sent me the customs forms, told me exactly what I would need to have, how to prepare the box, and made sure I had a tracking number. Since we were leaving before the box was picked up, we were a little worried about everything going smoothly, but there were no issues. I could track it all the way to our destination and it arrived on-time. Incidentally, the we actually missed the delivery window and it was quickly rescheduled for the next day without issue and was received. Everything went smoothly. Only "con" was that it felt a little pricey at first but in practice it was so much easier & cheaper than trying to bring an extra suitcase on the plane or mess with other, various, shipping companies myself. They took care of everything! Would highly recommend and will use again for the next move!

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
