Very happy with the experience, not only was the cheapest option I could find but it was very quick and efficient. Cannot complain, would do it again if I needed it.
SendMyBags is a super convenient, efficient and easy way to send excess baggage internationally. We recentyl moved overseas from the USA and had more luggage than our airline would accept. So we uses SendMyBag and it was affordable, super fast and everything arrived safe. My kids loved tracking the location of our luggage through the app and the bags were delivered to our door! Easy! I will definitely recommend them to future travellers.
Paperwork a little bit tricky but not too much. Prompt pick up in Spain, delayed delivery due to customs clearance, no fault of company, overall very good service saving all the humper lumping
SCAM - DRIVERS ARE NO-SHOW
I picked a date and time slot for collection in Kent, England - The driver was a no-show the entire day. We called and called, the phone operator kept telling us the driver would come. Didn't show up the next day either. When my family member asked about a refund they said we would only get a fraction of our money back even-though they didn't provide any sort of service. Trying to get the box to be collected from a different address currently - the phone operators are incredibly rude and useless.
If you live in a busy area, don't use this service as they clearly don't hire enough drivers for the work load.
I used both SendMyBag and Seven Seas and this service was far superior. I think it ended up being cheaper and so much faster. Really impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service. 10/10 would recommend for suitcases.
Every thing was fine
The only thing is that in order to avoid some inconveniences it would be better if they give as call or text message warning us that they are coming to pick the bag up

One star lost due to booking problem from Canada using a Chrome book. It was sorted by gentleman, customer service, in USA, doing all the booking on telephone. UK customer service stated could not help. Gentleman in USA said this problem has occurred prior using a Chrome book... otherwise recommend strongly. Price was fair and took so little time to deliver from Vancouver, Canada to an address in Surrey UK, about 3 days.
I can't fault the service. My bag was collected and delivered the next morning, which was even sooner than I hoped. I will definitely use them again.
I wanted to transfer a suitcase from Sweden to Denmark. After waisting two hours of my time booking online with their horrible website system and accepting my order at first. The company then e-mailed me that they cannot provide service from my location. Then, I gave them another address at Gothenburg University, but they were unable to give me a pickup time. One cannot stay 24 hours at the University for them to pick the order up. I do not recommend this company, since it is a total waste of time and their service is horrible.
When I bought tickets to another country in order to relax a bit from my job, I forgot about adding luggage to my tickets. I understood that I couldn't fly to another country on couple of weeks without any things. So I started to search for some services which can help me to srot out in this problem. I found sendmybag in the internet and they assured me that I could trust my luggage to them and they would send it right after my flight to the country of my destination. Everything was done perfectly and I got my things when I was in another country. Big thanks to this service and its staff.

Clear procedure for filling documents, printing labels and pick-up. Good delivery times, good communication at delivery.
Some of the stuff arrived broken, one of the boxes had a massive hole in it. My television was shipped in its original packaging and was broken. I was moving internationally and timed it so that it would arrive on the Tuesday. It arrived a full day early on the Monday, which was not in any way convenient. Overall, while it appears to have been the best available option, it was very much not a good experience.
