It was not my first time dealing with SendMyBag. It is always a great experience dealing with them, great customer service, great delivery on time and you can follow up your order. I will always deal with them.

Do not use sendmybag, the service is not fit for purpose and the customer service staff is rude and horrible.
I was moving from one country to another in Europe and did not have a lot to move so I thought it was ok to use them.
Please Note that they use DHL to send your stuff by plane so they are just intermediaries. Furthermore, it is very easy to book the service but the nightmare starts afterwards. They are plenty of things that you actually can not send (and you only find out after booking them) such as most toiletries. They also have plenty of disclaimer all over the place to ensure that their customers can not make any claim.
DHL was late to deliver and delivered in many days which meant I had to take a day off. There were confusion between what DHL was telling me on the delivery and what sendmybag was telling me. Long story short, things did not go smoothly at all and the boxes came in bad state (torn)
Most importantly, where DHL called me to acknowledge, apologise for the issues encountered and even offered a refund, sendmybag did not acknowledge anything, were extremely defensive and kept on saying that there was nothing wrong and that they warned me somewhere in their terms and conditions that there could be issues like the ones I had. When I got frustrated with their attitude and that the talks got heated with sendmybag, the customer service staff, as usual, played the victims, claiming I was being rude.
All in all, run away. If you need to move things across a country, use DHL directly as their customer service is better or use a proper moving company….
Lots of paperwork now, due to Brexit, but extremely satisfied with the service - quick, cost efficient and very helpful service! Would certainly use again!

I used this service to send a luggage to Spain. They quickly took my money (and by the way they use DHL so you might as well book directly through DHL instead). From then the nightmare began, they collected my luggage, I had to take the day off work, then they started to require more paperwork for customs, I have sent the same documents 7 times to them, to DHL and to the customs in Spain. I have called them, emailed them, you name it, it will be one month in 7 days! The best part is, my luggage came back to the initial place and I have since then asked them for a refund an compensation on the damage luggage, the waste of time, the waste of money with phone calls, the added stress. Yet today is the 10th of December and nothing has been done. They are rubbish and they will not even refund you!

Australia to my daughter so I said I would look into yer site and I was very happy I did. Parcel arrived safe and sound in ten days. An post was much dearer and also very slow. So glad of your service. And will definitely use this site again. I have recommended ye to other family members.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
