I struggled to send this through two major shippers. Then I found SendMyBag, which was half the price, half the hassle and so fast (Darwin to London) that it threatened to overtake us on our own flight and arrive before us to an unoccupied house. Arrived the next day. Perfection.

I have used them 4 times now and it's always a fast efficient excellent service.
All went smoothly and as expected however the service takes quite long. The tracking showed almost a week was spent in a warehouse in a different country than the collection and delivery countries.
Instructions were clear and everything arrived exactly as planned. Tracking was fabulous.
Very pleased with the service. Customer service very efficient and helpful. Always supporting. Definitely I will use Send my bag again.

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
