I highly recommend this company anytime you may need to ship something oversees. It was easy from start to finish. Not to mention the package arrived much earlier than it was supposed to and it was just such a wonderful experience. Can't recommend this company enough!

I've only use SendMyBag once, when I moved from the US to Japan. But they were very fast, cheap, and reliable. And I think it took about 7-10 days to arrive, with customs time included. Since I couldn't carry all my luggage with me during the move, this was a really great way to get the remainder of the items sent over at a later time, for about as much as it would have cost if I had taken them on the plane with me, but without having to carry 4 or 5 suitcases and GIANT boxes at once. And I was able to get everything marked as 'unaccompanied baggage' so that I didn't have to pay import tax on my own stuff. Everything arrived safely and quickly. Overall, I'll most likely use SendMyBag the next time I have to move or fly with too much to carry. Really great service! Thanks!

Buying their service was very easy, everything on the website is clear. I've contacted the customer service for a question and they answered me quickly and clearly. The parcel arrived earlier than expected.
Decided to ship our bags over to Australia from Ireland as my husband was recovering from Chemo and I didn't want the stress of dragging suitcases to the airport and again in the other side. Sendmybag collected them and they arrived before I did! No stress or hassle. Great service - would use again.

Pros: the itens arrived on time and the service was easy to use.
Cons: several items in my bag arrived broken. Basically everything that could brake arrived in pieces.
A piece of a plate cut through an expensive computer screen.
All right, being honest, fragile material is expected to break, which I was already expecting and don't complain, but then you look at the suitcase itself, a reinforced Samsonite polypropylene item. It was also in pieces, with two big cracks and one of the wheels so badly damaged that it was almost removed from the main body along with a large chunk of polypropylene.
Careless service.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
