The package drop off and pick up worked exactly as promised. It was convenient for me because I didn't want to haul an extra bag around Europe. My only problem, was that when I returned home I found my bag had been severely damaged. It was a hard shell suitcase and it was cracked and had a big hole in the top where rain or some sort of water intruded. My clothes are wet and my leather shoes actually had mold on them. They treat these bags like cargo apparently so I'm not sure I would use it again unless I had a pretty beat up piece of luggage that I did not care about.
My first experience & to say i was nervous that i wouldn't see my suitcase in time for my holiday was an understatement. However customer service put up with my endless queries & questions! But my bag arrived safely & return home was just as easy! I'd thoroughly recommend & would use again, no hesitation!

We travelled to Belfast N. Ireland for a two week break so booked SendMyBag to take our two suitcases. Very easy to arrange booking and chose a date several days before our expected arrival in Belfast. The bags were promptly collected from our home and off they went. We were able to track their progress and knew when they had arrived at their destination. When we returned two weeks later our son took them to the DHL depot in Belfast and all this can be tracked. The bags were a bit slower returning but this due to security/custom checks. Two bags and lots of washing safely back at home. No problems handling bags on/off trains or at the airport. A very satisfactory solution.
We drive to the south of France in a small two seater car so no space for our luggage. Send my bags solves this problem by having our bag collected and delivered to our resort and then the reverse. Great, simple and reliable
Having used SendmyBag before with perfect results, I sent a bag in January 2022. Since being widowed, and having had a shoulder repair, travelling with my physically and intellectually impaired brother is a little stressful. So I thought rather than add a bag to flight after Christmas I'd use SendmyBag. £37 was cheaper than adding it anyway. However, I have been hounded by FedEx ever since February and have now had to pay them €27.20 on top. So no, I won't be using again and neither will I recommend it.
I have used SendMyBag a couple of times over the past several years to ship luggage home to the USA from the UK. The price has been reasonable and the service excellent. The last time I used them, I had a problem with my bag pick-up, and they quickly scheduled an alternative date for me without any problem. Very satisfied.
As a first time user of Send My Bag I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. I shouldn't have worried as it was a very seamless experience, very professional and efficient. Suitcase was delivered earlier than promised... No problems at all. I was kept informed the whole way. Will definitely use them again.

Very quick pickup and very quick delivery! Great communication! On the day of delivery, I was away from home and was able to request my bag be left on the back patio and it was! Very pleased each and every time I have used Send My Bag! Will definite again!

Fast, precise, affordable
All dealings were great they were efficient and responsive. Delivery in Spain was terrible - it was days late and the communications were non-existent, the tracking number didn't work.
Plwase stop sending me this feedback form, I've filled it at least once already!
My daughter waited in for 2 days for collection of her case which was never uplifted on the day it was booked for. Company gave alternative place for case to be taken by herself which were for small parcel collections only. Company offered refund of funds paid and my daughter had to make alternative arrangements at additional costs to herself. Company offered apology and £5 compensation then increased to £25 but in vouchers for the company! Very disappointing service and be very careful before you think of using this company.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
