Absoultely brutal. Have been left without my personal items over 7 working days late. They have blamed customs without any proof of follow with them. I have had to contact the carrier DHL myslef to escalte it. I paid an emergency surcharge of 80 euro on my suitcase and I am still waiting for my express delivery that was sent over 16 days ago.
The service is very easy and extremely efficient. I have used 3 times so far as nd there has been no glitches. I am very happy with the overall service.

Had no issues at all, boxes even arrived early! They definitely get a little beat up so make sure you tape EVERYTHING, and lots of bubble wrap to avoid damage if you're sending boxes. My friend recommended this company to me and told me to make sure to tape up the boxes really well, so I had no issues. Overall it was a cheaper option than a moving company and I had no issues at all so very, very happy! I also recommended them to all my friends who are moving and they had good experiences too :)
No issues at all except for trying to understand ordering the label tags but staff replies so helpful. Great to have heavy luggage lifted at your door to save dragging it across the country and extra check in times.

I enjoy the freedom of not travelling with extra baggage thanks to SendMyBag. Their fees compare with the cost of paying for an extra piece with most major airlines and you can enjoy the delivery at destination, making your trips to and from the airport a lot easier!
Honestly, I had such a great experience. When I had a question about my delivery to another country, the CS responded within an hour, coordinated a pick up (which was easier for my recipient). Picked up on time. Got there before the promised deadline. Everything was so incredibly easy! Highly recommend.
Disaster from start to finish. Zero customer service and misleading information on time to complete various custom forms. Had booked for two bags to go to Austria from the UK for around £130. I understand that there would be some additional processes and cost to go through [post Brexit] but please note you will need to upload your passport and boarding ticket. I then had a query on what needed to be done from a packing list perspective [for Austrian customs]. On line it stated 'this will take a few minutes to complete'. On speaking to someone from customer services they confirmed that Austria Customs were quite strict and therefore to the take the time to do this, which is completely contradictory and misleading to the 'few minutes to complete statement'. I confirmed that I had a normal amount of clothes [etc] and this was around 50 items for me to document on line which would take an hour. The customer service representative stated that clearly the time was dependent on the number of items & I agree and stated that if I only had a few items I would take hand luggage... No refund offered as I had not taken the insurance out. Avoid this company at all cost
Book it, pack and let someone else take it. Easy as that. Simple to book, picked up and dropped off when they said it would be. Used them before and will use them again.

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.

We include an alert, which must be ticked and agreed to individually when placing orders to Austria, the alert advises of the strict nature of Austrian customs; "The majority of shipments will be inspected by Austrian customs which can delay delivery by up to 10 days. Duties and taxes may also apply in some cases, ensure you review the customs section on our Austria information page before placing your order." The purpose of the packing list is to give a fair representation, a customs authority will not accept '50 x Clothes' but equally will not expect every item individually listed, a mixed suitcase typically might contain 10 - 20 distinct item types which can be listed in groups such as '5 x Trousers', '10 x T-shirts', 3 x Pairs of Shoes' and so on.
