We sent a suitcase to Germany. Got there super fast!
Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. I am sure there's some higher authority we can escalate this to, since quite a few of us have suffered in the last 6 months. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.

Apart from anything else, customer service at SendMyBag was exemplary. Day and night there was always someone patient and informed available at all times, through chat, or to speak on the phone. Even though I was packing my bag for the USA for the first time (with lots of fine and unexpected detail to consider about customs), and even though my bag was being sent over Christmas/New Year (with a few brief delays in the USA because of the holiday season) I was always kept informed and reassured. Those I spoke with each time gave me the impression they cared and their explanations and advice always carried through with positive results. It was a nerve-wracking experience as I was facing my own major relocation, but my suitcase got there in 100% condition, and they made it easy. I'll be using SendMyBag again whenever I need a courier. Big thanks. :)

A pretty seamless service all round– user-friendly site, quick pick-ip and delivery earlier than expected. Just one gripe- it would have been useful to know about all the restrictions on liquids etc and the need for an itemised packing list earlier in the process- would have made packing so much easier.

We used the service to move from Netherlands to Italy. We had 12 boxes and 3 suitcases. The order online was easy, the pick up came as agreed and the boxes arrived perfectly in Milan! Overall great experience, fast and accurate service that also saved us a lot of money. We also followed their instructions in the email and website videos. Professional movers wanted to charge an insane amount to do it and other companies also inflated a lot the price per box. Definitely recommend Sendmybag.

Excellent experience again. Easy to book on line, reliable pickup and dropped off securely slightly ahead of their own ETA. I have used this service a few times now instead of trying to get a suitcase on and off trains, taxis and tube trains and not having the hassle of baggage makes the journey so much more like "Business Class" travel even on U.K. Railways! Definitely recommended.
