All good with the shipment, collected on time, delivered one day in advance. But by mistake they claimed that the measures I took were wrong, therefore I was supposed to pay an extra fee, I disputed it and eventually they understood it was a mistake. Overall, a good experience, would surely recommend and will use again.
We dropped our bag to the depot at 9am one day and the bag arrived at around 11 am the following day. Arrived safe and sound and faster than I expected.
This is the second time I use SendMyBag and couldn't be happier with the service. The first time I mailed a parcel from Italy to the UK and this second time from Sweden to Italy - both times had no problems with pick-ups and deliveries. Easy website to navigate and great customer service. Will def use SendMyBag again and would recommend it to others!

Really, the service we needed and didn't think existed! It's just the most convenient way to send your things while travelling, affordable, reliable, great customer service, couldn't recommend it more!
I have used SendMyBag twice and both experiences were easy and successful. Just follow the instructions exactly and you will have no issues with getting your bags/parcels to their destination. I will always use SendMyBag to get bags or boxes to my family in London. In addition, the driver that picked up my bags was very friendly and helpful. It's the best!
Bag was collected from London within a 2 hour time slot and delivered safely to Belfast the next day. Efficient and good value for money
My suitcase was picked up on time and delivered earlier than promised. It was wonderful not having to carry and check in luggage on my flight. All very efficient.
Regrettably, as with everything, prices went up 50% from pre-Covid days... so packages sent to Europe used to cost $125 now cost $185.

As always shipment booking, collection and arrival go very well. Always on schedule. The only thing I would try to improve is for any surcharges that I sometimes get paid because maybe I make a mistake in entering the measurements of the suitcase. I would like to know right away and not suddenly after 30 days.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
