I got my bags the next day. The only issue I had was that the bags were collected quite late from the hour they were supposed to be collected

Our 25kg bag of travel clothing was collected as planned after we had left our New York hotel and was delivered a few days later to our front door in Cornwall. Perfect.

Due to sustaining an injury in Denmark I had to cut my trip short and return to Australia urgently for surgery. Problem was that I had left my suitcases in Oslo at a friend's home. I contacted SendMyBag and arranged for my bags to be picked up from my friend and flown back to Australia. The paperwork was a bit of a process and I had to leave out any items that contained a battery, but otherwise the process worked exactly as expected. My bags arrived at my home about a week after I was discharged from hospital in perfect condition. My travel insurance ended up picking up the cost. Overall I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by SendMyBag and they helped me get out of a difficult situation.

First time using and stressed about wrapping. Packing and particularly collection ( they gave us all day time frame) we were in apartment block on holidays in spain. However friendly irish man at the pub next door held onto them until collection so all good and everything arrived home safely and on time. I would appreciate if a phone call or text from driver could be arranged as it would be easier to plan collection
My son studied abroad in eastern France last summer. He traveled after his semester was up and had to get most of his belongings home. He signed up online, followed the directions, the pick up went smoothly and I received his luggage on our doorstep 2 days later. Great service!
Basically, it transpires that this "service" is just a front end stapled onto FedEx. So, my bags are ten days late, and all outreach to sendmybags just results in them telling me fedex won't tell them what's going on. Absolutely no way forward, and I am not convinced that waiting will help, the bags have cleared customs, so if someone doesn't actually collect them, I don't know what I can do?
Paid $570 for a single box to be shipped from Australia to the UK. The box was delivered UNSIGNED for on the WRONG date, whilst I was out of the country on holiday. I was on the phone for over an hour whilst on holiday trying to get the delivery team to pick the package up as I was out the country, but this could not be arranged on Friday afternoon or over the weekend.
Thankfully no one stole it over the weekend and it was picked up Monday afternoon. It was then redelivered on the correct date but again completely UNSIGNED for - I was home all day and the delivery driver just left it outside and didn't knock. The courier HQ acknowledged there was never any signature for the package on either day, which apparently never usually happens but there was no explanation was given.
I complained to Send My Bag, who took more than 2 weeks to get back to me. They then offered me a $40 refund (from a total cost of $570). I said this didn't feel like enough for pretty bad service I wouldn't have used for free, which they ignored and sent me $40.
I don't usually complain but overall was a useless service causing me a lot of stress, as my belongings could easily have been stolen twice, and I was refunded 7% and an 'sincere apology'.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
