I hired SendMyBag's service when moving from Germany to Sweden, to transport suitcases and boxes. The service is great, very reliable, super fast, and the prices are very affordable even for students. Customer service is very helpful! Will definitely use their service again.

During a recent month-long vacation through several countries in Europe, I utilized the services of SendMyBag for the very first time. Half of the trip was on a cruise and I decided to bring a large suitcase and a carry-on. I was reluctant to haul large luggage on/off trains and had the large bag sent from Florence to Rome via SendMyBag. The service was reasonably priced and simple to do. I was pleased with the end result.
The service was very fast, I am very happy, I can only say that it could be better if the explanation on the labels was more detailed.

I had few issues with my packing list and it was quickly resolved at 7am in the morning! Packages was picked up and dropped off very quickly, most definetly use this company again.
Needed to send a large package of personal items from New Zealand to London on completion of a work contract. Saw that SendMyBag also sends boxes as well as bags. Followed the simple, straight-forward directions on line and arranged for my box to be picked up from hotel reception.
Box was picked up on time and delivered to London in perfect condition within a few days.
Will use this service again whenever needed as it is simple, quick and efficient to use.

While I've used and been happy with SendMyBag in the past, this most recent time has been less positive. I used them to move overseas (from France to the USA) and despite following their rigorous packing instructions for my cardboard boxes, two of them arrived completely destroyed, with gaping holes in the side and with my items falling out (many items totally lost in transit, due to these holes.) A third item, a suitcase, arrived completely damaged as well--the handle totally snapped off, and another gaping hole in the side. Furthermore, I just got an email from SendMyBag saying that I need to pay an overage fee since the boxes were too big, although I measured them all and specifically ordered boxes that fit within the SendMyBag limits--and the only way to dispute the order is to send photos of the boxes * with the SendMyBag label still attached*--but my boxes arrived weeks ago, and I no longer have them. The fact that they wait to send the "you owe us extra money and the only way to dispute it is with photos of the boxes you unpacked and threw away 10 days ago" email *well after* the bags have arrived (i.e. Knowing full well that most customers have likely unpacked already, thus rendering themselves unable to dispute an overage fee claim) isn't cool. Don't think I'd use them again.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
