Two experiences with SENDLE 1st my choice, item deliver to the wrong address. Investigation came up with no information but lost! No accountability! 2nd experience was an ordered from frank green, they chose SENDLE as courier. Sendle lost the item... unbelievable! It's not rocket science to deliver a parcel! Must be employing thieves.
Never even attempted delivery, never left a card. Driver just took it to a local supermarket, Sendle emailed me to tell me where to pick my parcel up.
How they can even justify calling themselves a courier service is beyond me.
They do not ring or call when they arrive, only left a redelivery card.
The process of the redelivery is terrible, never notify you when it has changed or invaid.
My parcel sent on 28 Dec, they promised 2 business day, and until 11th Jan I still haven't received the parcel.
I email them and they said my redelivery was invalid, what if I don't email them. My parcel will be forever invalid and I don't even know what was wrong. No email and call, no communication regarding the change, quite disappointed service.
And the customer service told me "To clear things up, the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed/promise date." No empathy at all, playing the words around, very tricky company.
Although it stated the parcel will deliver the next 1-2 business day, please be aware the estimated delivery date is absolutely misleading because it could take double/triple time of " estimated delivery time".

Sendle has charged me over $60 for a package to go from Melbourne to Sydney and then back to Melbourne because hiding in their terms have small print saying that they only send to P. O. Boxes for certain countries. At no point when submitting the shipment information was this made known to me, they took my money and picked up the parcel only to send it back after a couple of weeks.
These guys expect to be able to compete against the established players but seem to have no accountability or care when the gaps in their service come at the cost of their customers. I will be taking my business back to Australia Post from now on. Such a shame that the customer service lets down the company as it will only take one bad experience such as this to turn away previously loyal customers for good.
After a year of terrible service, I had to give up on Sendle. They won't pick up on the scheduled date and on top of that, they constantly lose parcels and I have to file an insurance claim for each, but I never really got my credit back. Nothing. I've lost hundreds of dollars because of Sendle's poor service and it seems to me that they don't care at all. They don't have decent support service - no calls and it takes several hours before they respond to my ticket, and if you file another ticket it will slow down your first one. It's not just disappointing, but also unbelievably incompetent it blows my mind. Management seems to be weak and departments don't have direct interaction with each other.
What is going on with Sendle?
Spend over $1000 a week with them and they just dont care. Continually miss pickups or dont scan leading to long delivery timess. What is wore about all of this is when the customer looks up tracking it basicaly says it is our fault! Not sendles! Says Pickup attempted(LIE) item not ready(LIE) Then when you try and talk to some one in charge they just give you the run around and wont give you a phone number of anyone.

Never ever use, a Current Affairs needs to look into this company. No communication No accountability, Thousands of dollars of donated charity items for drought affected farmers lost! Been over a month in transit! Excuses excuses excuses from them. Says their damaged and bring returned well they never showed up... anticipated drought relief lost by this company SHAME. The most staggeringly inefficient company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had a parcel ready for collection for nigh on three weeks. Each day either my wife or I would wait after office hours to see if the courier was going to collect and he never did. The imbecile I dealt with via the company's Facebook page was the most incompetent individual ever to sully my Inbox. Utter, utter rubbish.
I know from experience not to use this horrible service for my own deliveries but can not avoid them entirely as other businesses havent cottoned on yet and I am the unlucky receipent of a sendle delivery quite often. Currently Ive 1 week in of attempting to receive my parcel. I work from home so have always been available and have never received a notice of attempted delivery. I waited all morning today as it said that it was in transit and it still hasnt arrived. No number and any emails I get are generic and they are just script replies saying theyve rebooked me for the next day. Meanwhile Im getting old here waiting for one bloody parcel! Avoid like the plague
A Reliable Courier business, Sendle IS Not, Two(2) Days late picking up parcel, missed delivery window(out of town), could/would not hold parcel until someone at home, Parcel abandoned at delivery address front door... ignoring that a signature was required on delivery. Will never use again..
I have been using Sendle for approximately 6 months for mostly domestic shipments. I was pretty excited when they announced they would be offering international shipping. I have since discovered, they just use normal post, and its VERY slow. I have a shipment picked up from Melbourne on May 25th, to be delivered to India. Its now June 26th, and the shipment has not arrived to my customer. Sendle advertise that the shipment will take 4-12 business days, which is a complete lie. I have requested Sendle to follow up with the shipment, but they tell me there is nothing that can be done. It has been sitting in the post office in India since June 6th. My customer in India is furious. Sendle are telling me to tell my customer to contact the local post office to arrange pick up. My customer has tried this a number of times, and the post office has stated that my customer needs to be patient, when the shipment is 'ready' he will be notified. Sendle have not been helpful, they are just hand-balling off the situation to me and my customer. I have requested for the items to be returned to Australia, so I can ship these through a company who can actually deliver in the promised time. Sendle have stated that they can't do this. I am now at my wits end. I have emailed Sendle numerous times about this. They take over 24 hours to respond to these particular emails - it is quite a coincidence that when I have a simple request, they respond within a few hours. They don't want to deal with the problem.
Stay clear of this company at all costs. No support, no service, no contact details, parcels go missing or aren't scanned therefore your customers aren't about to track them. They use unreliable carriers in the likes of Fastaway
Am very pissed off i brought things online and was ment to go thru dhl they pushed it to sendle i paid 25 bucks extra for express and i want my money refunded for the express

I ordered a box of ethical toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap. The delivery was estimated to arrive between 15 - 19 Dec. When the parcel didn't arrive I assumed everyone was busy with Christmas so I gave them a few days grace before following up.
They told me they assigned my job to Fastaway, Fastaway didn't know where my parcel had gone and they would look for it. I have been getting updates every few days since late December (it's now 15 Jan) telling me they are looking for the parcel and will get back to me soon.
I finally got an email from Sendle today, telling me they can't find the parcel, they can't do any more for me and to contact Who Gives A Crap to arrange a replacement to be sent out.
The hilarious part is that I spoke to Who Gives A Crap just over a week ago now, they apologised and said they would send a replacement out (I'm assuming via Sendle). The replacement was supposed to arrive mid last week. Guess what? This one hasn't arrived either!
The staff at Sendle seem very nice but I can't give them more than one star as they literally have one job - to move parcels between the sender and the receiver and it doesn't appear they are very good at doing that.
I used to be their number 1 advocate till this year. I just received 2 complaints back to back. One of the parcels are sitting somewhere since Dec 15, No notification nothing. Secondly, another customers delivery is waiting to be collected at a newsagenc. The customer has a disability and she now has to rely on someone to drive her there and to provide ID as well.! I don't understand this? What part of Authority to leave was not understood?
Sendle, you have dropped the ball and I have no choice now and will take my business to one of your competitors.

2 out of 2 separate orders have just disappeared. Can't phone them. They don't reply to emails. Even the sender can't get any information from them, Tracking numbers are worthless once they flick the delivery off to a third party courier. You could almost say their advertising is fraud because there is no service. My purchases will be refunded by the sender but I will not order from them again while they are using Sendle. So damaging to a business because of the ill-will created.
Booked a package Tuesday, Estimated Wednesday pick up, no show, got an email saying they rebooked for Thursday, Didnt change the status on my Sendle account saying it was estimated to be picked up Wednesday still, contacted by email (SINCE THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER) been a few hours and still havent heard anything, currently 3:45, claimed they rebook the next day if not picked up by 4pm, im not holding my breath. Useless service, VERY bad for business (which I am) AVOID! Price is no substitute for this sort of service.
A very inconsistent service. I've been using Sendle for nearly a year and they have constantly delayed my parcels. My last experience with them involved 2 of my parcels being delayed for pick up for over a week and eventually ended up going missing. Their customer support is terrible as they take a long time to respond to emails and there is no phone support line. I had to wait for an additional week for them to tell me that my parcels went missing, which made my customers very unhappy and asked for refunds. In short; I lost money using sendle.
I will discontinue to use sendle as they have messed up too many times for me as well as several other unhappy customers and I will no longer recommend them to anyone.
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
