I've been waiting for an order to be picked up for 5 working days now and customer service is just telling me that someone will come the next day. This is ridiculous I've been stuck at home for 8-6pm for a whole week. I've done every instruction and amended pick up instructions a few times as suggested by CS and nothing. I would never use this service again. My package is still waiting to be picked up but I'm just going to go via Australia Post on Monday. I am extremely disappointed in sendle
Sendle lost a parcel that I sent. I placed a complaint and they responded that they don; t know where the parcel is and that I can put a claim for up to $300. I sent them all that they asked for, including invoice and proof of purchase. I only got an email from them saying that in 2 days the claim will be cancelled if I don't respond. I tried replying to that email, then sending various emails to their contact form, but it's been 3 weeks and they didn't bother responding any of them.
They don't list a phone number and now I know why.

I sent an expensive guitar, extremely well packaged to a customer in Victoria, from Brisbane to an address 2 hours out of Melbourne. Sendle have lost it! They inexplicably have no tracking after it reached Melbourne. My customer is shattered, Sendle have done almost nothing except to wipe their hands of the whole matter. Reprehensible service and behaviour from Sendle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I've used this service now several times and could not be happier with the cost and quickness of delivery. I've suggested this service to many and will continue to do so.
I've been using Sendle for a few weeks now, wish I had read up on their reviews before I used them. Some deliveries go smoothly, but others are just sent to their 'Agent' and thus they no not deliver door to door. Might be cheap, but not worth putting your business reputation at risk. Will not refund.
Avid this company at all costs if your business depends on timely deliveries to customers.
Waited 6 business days for a parcel to be picked up despite frequent requests to Sendle support. (Pickup Guarantee states "if for some reason the driver doesn't make it after 2 days, we will send a dedicated pickup driver, at our expense, to make sure that the parcel is on its way"). Told order cancelled by Sendle because of "no access to collect parcel". This is completely false. Property was never unattended, with full access at all times (see pics) - both other homes on 4 m wide shared driveway have parking for 3 and 7 cars respectively off the driveway (and one family was overseas), our property has no gate, and only one vehicle parked in a 7 vehicle courtyard. Other couriers attend the property frequently, up to and including 4 tonne trucks. Then told Sendle have no dedicated driver for my area (I live in middle of metropolitan Sydney!)
Next order - gave Sendle the benefit of the doubt in case local subcontracted courier was at fault, and booked a job which required me to drop parcel off. I then drove to 2 closest locations on Sendle's list of drop off points - where both locations told me they have never heard of Sendle and do not accept parcels for couriers!
Almost impossible to escalate problems beyond frontline email support staff, and totally impossible to speak to anyone by phone to try and resolve. Sendle used to have great service - what has changed? Now focussed on money instead of customer service.
This is the worst company to use for shipping. They absolutely stink. Everyone from their support to the CEO. I couldnt speak more lowly of a company.
My advice, AVOID Sendle. We've had them here in Australia for some time and now their expanding to ruin people's days across the US. At least we can give our friends across the globe fair warning. With Sendle its all good when things go smoothly, otherwise there is zero care for the customer or their goods. Sendle will drop you quicker than a hot potato. I sent a parcel with Sendle and they completely ignored the delivery instruction resulting in the loss of the package and despite being negligent they just wiped their hands of responsibility. It cost me $300. They are not a company with any integrity. Buyer Beware. You've been warned.
If I could give this poor excuse for a company a 0 or a negative score I would. Their customer service is a joke. They claim to have attempted to deliver my item which is an straight out lie. I work in a corporate office with a large mailing room. I raised my concerns to Sendle support and they could not provide a suitable reason as to why I didn't receive my item. They then told me they would attempt a re-delivery. It's been 6 business days and still no item. It's stuck in Melbourne, coincidentally the same city it needs to be delivered too.
We tried them once and the parcel was lost. Very quick to say its lost. No effort to document at what point it was lost. Never again.
My Parcel was lost after an unknown driver from Sendle picked it up from my place. It has been three weeks ago and nothing has happened yet. Just I lost my package which is valued more than $180. It is disappointing. Such A shame working with this junky and incable service providers. Be carefull! They don't know what to do.
Sendle stole my parcel. Then said they had no proof parcels picked up. I told them I have proof sendle driver contacted me today saying he had my parcel.

Had 2 ebay items to go overseas and added a 3rd item and after 4 days no pickup

Parcel not yet collected from their dropoff point for over 3 days. I'm very concerned and yet not able to find any phone support for the courier website. Can you believe a courier with no phone support?
First they said the were planning on leaving my package outside even though they were told it was unsafe and not to. They were indifferent and said they intended to anyway.
The sender contacted them and asked them to return it instead and they refused.
Then they sent an email saying a delivery card was left which it never was, the number in the email didn't work either.
Now neither myself or the sender know where the package is or what's going on and they won't respond anymore.
I will be going to consumer affairs.
No attempt to deliver parcel to front door (we were home), parcel was then thrown over the fence, where our dogs were and was completely destroyed before we realised it had been delivered. Contacted Sendle, they admit fault, but will not pay damages for parcel to be replaced. Bunch of robbing thieving B******ds, who dont even have the decency to have a contact number, and want to hide behind their BS script.

They have now lost my parcel. Have no idea where it is and are doing a 5 day 'Investigation'. I am to be patient. This has already been 3 weeks just coming across one side of the city to the other. Unbelievably bad service.
Over two weeks ago an item I purchased was dropped off to a pick up hub. They accepted the parcel that had been booked for collection with couriers please. The sender had traveled over an hour out of her way to do this as shes a nurse and the parcel couldnt be picked up from her home or work. After almost a week of it not moving I contacted sendle and was told to keep checking the tracking page. Not helpful! It was only after I gave them bad feedback that they actually looked into it and said it hadn't been collected because it was too large to be stored at that hub and yet it has sat at that hub for 2 weeks! The hub accepted it, the booking was fine. Its an absolute cop out and they wont fix it. They told me to contact to the sender, the sender has been trying to contact them for a week!
Two times in a month my parcel as been broken and not be delivered.
They did not contact me to tell me that my parcel has not be delivered. This service is terrible.
They are liars. Scammers. Dont ever waste your time with them. They take your money and thats all. They don't even deliver nithing to you and they keep lying saying its on its way. And then they say insufficient detail which i gave all my detail but yet they couldnt even refund my money back they took back the item i have bought and they didnt even refund. Liars
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
