After been with this company for many years and yes put up with their delays and excuses and liars
I've now gone back to Aussie post after realizing they have been overcharging for my 2 same size items I've been sending for years.
Please be aware the quote and amount you pay and see is not always so in fact nearly every transaction they take more off your credit card but you don't know that unless you go through your statements thoroughly.

My question is do sendle care about customer service or are they too busy floating on their EGOS? Thinking they are doing a wonderful service. No contact, a site that for all intents and purposes keeps going around in circles as well as computerized responses to questions. I have used sendle in the past, initially they were good, now it is impossible to get anywhere with them. They were supposed to have reset my email address and have not, I cannot get anywhere as they have no phone contact. Is this how they run a business? Also if I had the amount of negative reviews they have had I would lift my game or get out of the game. I guess I will be shopping for a different delivery service even though I am a pensioner, it will be worth the extra without the stress. Linda Milazzo
They've failed 3 times to pick up my parcel. The only message I get is "We have noticed that this parcel was not picked up on the scheduled date".
Also there is no hotline number I could call. In the end I've refunded the shipping fee and used a different courier.

The parcel that was sent to me was marked FRAGILE, and the deliverer stuffed it into a small letter box, damaging the parcel. To complete a successful delivery, the driver would come up the set of stairs and deliver to front door, as other delivery companies have done. This leads me to believe the delivery person was lazy.
Lost our parcel. Didn't contact us. Still not reimbursed. 2 months later and we cannot speak to customer service. Not impressed. Avoid Sendle!
It is the absolute worst experience I have ever had and I have worked in exports for 16 years. It is extremely slow, way over priced and there is NO way you can call them. When you do fill out there "contact us" form you never hear back. Stay far away

My parcel has been misplaced. Nobody solves my case even I email them everyday. They dont have phone number it is just general email contact. It has been 3 weeks. I cant claim insurance because Sendle doesn't comfirm the parcel is lost or not. Bad customer service. Slow system. When it comes to contact them you dont know how. Just wait and wait
1. I order a gift from Ajan Khanna in May 2020 worth 100 Aus $.
2. Expected delivery between 20th to 25th May 2020.
3. Tracking continued to show "unable to deliver" until 27th May.
4. Meanwhile no communications, alerts or phone calls to the receiver.
5. "Parcel return" back without any explanation. No response to email enquiries.
6. Ajan Khanna refunded me the cost MINUS the delivery charge of 15 Aus $ he paid to Sendle.
7. So he the loser- The customer.

A product over $200+ should NEVER be safe dropped in plain sight! Husband was home, lights on and no actual knock on the door. Disappointed with their service. Also when the driver scans it on board at 230am and scans as "delivered" at 4.16am. The driver just wants to be paid for the days work without actually doing the job properly. Sorry but I will stick to Australia Post, at least my area driver does his job properly.
Item not received just sitting in depot no phone contact 10 days and still not delivered item purchased on Ebay would not recommend sendle
Do not be tempted by their slightly cheaper prices. SENDLE do not care about whether your parcel arrives or not. They take absolutely no responsibility at all. In most cases they do not provide insurance either so they completely wipe their hands when a parcel goes missing... which is very often. They have almost ruined our small business. Go to Australia post. Every parcel comes with automatic insurance. Much much better service too. Can't even pick up the phone and call Sendle. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

Have had a few things sent to me via sendle. Id def use them again.
1. Sent a parcel on 4th April 2020.
2. Parcel went missing after Estimated of Delivery + 2 business days.
3. Sendle sent an EMAIL to my receiver to confirm non-receipt of parcel. No response to the RECIPIENT's EMAIL within 2 days, and that means your parcel will be recorded as received.
4. Took another few days for Sendle to VERIFY it was lost.
5. Do not be a penny pincher. Money wise pound foolish. HORRIBLE.
6. Lost value A$350. I am still waiting for them to compensate!
Purchased an item on a Saturday which was to arrive according to the tracking on the following Monday three weeks later and still no parcel and apparently searches were conducted item not found it appears to have vanished case has been closed not happy

Nothing delivered they don't care, the same driver stole so much off our stock it's unbelievable? He keeps doing it and now we know it's him because apparently our parcel which is a huge box was delivered when our cameras show otherwise! And they do nothing about it

I have used Sendle for some years with only one less than great experience. On one occasion 3 years ago they failed to pick up a parcel for a couple of days but then got it across to Perth in double time. They may not be easy to contact but I have found no courier company is good in this respect. I am very surprised to see others reporting poor experience.
Organised for collection of my parcel on the 9th of March 2020. Delivery was from Sydney to Perth. Parcel was never delivered to site and was instead dropped at a 'hubbed location'. No card was left at the delivery address, contrary to what Sendle have advised. Have been chasing up the return of my parcel for nearly TWO MONTHS. Today being the 4th of May 2020. They have also not responded to my emails asking for updates, so I have no idea where my package even is.

Sendle have not PICKED UP MY PARCEL. It's been 14 days now awaiting pick up! And they don't reply to my messages. My mum died on Monday and my aunt died today, I cannot believe I have had to spend my time on this and I have been a customer of theirs since 2015. Also It would be good if Sendle didn't rip a long term loyal customer off. I was charged extra for my parcel as it apparently weighed 2kg and was 34 X 30 cm yet I have photos of this parcel showing it is so small it was smaller than the Sendle label of 10 X 15 cm which was wrapped across 2 of its surfaces. It contained a ladies watch weighing 123g. I have a message from the buyer thanking me for this watch. I've now noticed they've put an extra $2 or $5 on a few other invoices. Sendle is refusing to give me a refund even though it's obvious they have made a mistake and overcharged me again. LUCKY I HAVE PROOF of their dishonesty, I recommend that you photograph every parcel showing its weight and size as they will rip you off.
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
