This company is an absolute joke. You can't call a customer service number, you send an e-mail asking where your parcel is and no reply. Instead of this virtue signalling B. S of being "carbon neutral" how about you master the basics and actually provide some customer service. Avoid this at all costs it's an absolute circus.

Reported the problem through the Sendle website but get the same automated response and zero action.

Its now 7 days since I booked a pickup for a parcel. Its not been picked up yet and despite their much advertised guarantees, and despite numerous emails I've had no response. No, correct that, I received an invoice for the service they have not provided and they have charged me.
This looks like a complete scam. Beware. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I decided to give this low cost shipping company a chance. It has been nothing but head ache. They say they will get back to you in a few days, they never do, you have to contact them over and over to get someone to respond and they always use the excuse that they are having unusually high amounts of e-mails to answer. Well I know why. Had several packages not get delivered for over 3 weeks that were sent via 2 day air. Filed to have it tracked, didn't hear back from them for months. One package never arrived. Took them two months to determine it was lost, then told me to file a claim for insurance, then denied my claim. They are a joke.
It is insane that, there is no phone in contact available for this SENDLE.
I was shocked when I got to know they couldn't deliver my parcel because the delivery guy couldn't find the address.
If that's the case, he would be the BEST IN THE WORST worker.
To retailers: Sending your parcel through them would lessen the value of the product purchased.
That was the first time using Sendle for my online store and will NEVER use them again. Using this service has meant my customer has not received their order in nearly a month. I have had to refund them for their order. It has cost me close to $40 in the fee to Sendle and the item was NEVER picked up and now had to pay $50 to Australia Post on top of that.
1. I admit I made the mistake of not having the full address when booking my label because it pulled the address form my website directly.
2. Sendle misinformed me twice to say that someone attempted to collect - they couldn't have with NO address to go too.
3. They should have called me to clarify - this is why we provide a contact phone number.
4. After so many emails (they have NO phone support) Sendle told me this had been escalated and would be collected FOUR (4) times!
5. I have now gone to Australia Post to send via Express post so this is costing me more.
6. I have had to refund my customer.
7. I would like to request a full cash refund (not a credit note) from Sendle and make a complaint at the appalling service.
So much for the Sendle pick up guarantee. I would not recommend this service.
Sendle lost my parcel valued at $108. I sent around 12 parcels with sendle and they lost one of them. There is no phone number to call. There is no response other than automated responses. It took 10 days for them to perform the search for the missing parcel and I actually don't believe this was even done. It's just an automated website and series of emails and processes. I want a refund for the postage for my parcel. This has not been issued or address despite repeated emails. There is no contact number, no one to speak to. The most ridiculous and poor way to run a business. Very frustrating. Don't trust them with your parcel.
Had a parcel picked up and sent out for delivery the next day, only to find that on the tracking it said that it was undelivered, even though I was home. They then tried a few hours later and had the same update. When this happened I sent an email enquiring about the issue. The following day they tried another 2 times, both with the same outcome. Getting pretty frustrated, I wanted some contact with Sendle as they had not gotten back to me, only to find out there was no phone number to call! I sent a message to them through Facebook but still no response. It was only after I had publicly commented on their Instagram post that I had any sort of contact with Sendle, days after the first contact I had made. Finally got to emailing them, and was then told it would take 1-2 days to re-deliver the parcel. I asked if there was any way it could come before the weekend as I had been waiting for days at this point, and their response was that there is no guarantee. I finally got my parcel today, after the 5th attempt and 6 days after the first delivery attempt when it should have arrived. Do not use Sendle, if anything goes wrong with the delivery process, their customer support is very much lacking, with no phone number to ring, no response from direct messages, and an email turnaround time of 2 days, unless you negatively comment on their Instagram post like I did (and many others too. It seems I am far from the only person with this sort of issue with Sendle).
Booked my item in for pick up on the 1st of September, its still sitting here eith me and its the 5th of September, communication is absolutely horrible and the service is worse! Would not recommend using this horrible company. Only point of contact is email which they obviously dont monitor everyday. I've gotten 1 email responds..

Absolute discussing service. I'am a business owner using this provider for a while now and it cant get any worse than this, missing parcels, missed pick ups, no contact number to contact customer service and list goes on. They must be banded in Australia to operate their business.
Sendle tracking said that my parcel was delivered, but I never received the item on the date and time specified, no evidence of delivery was sent to me either.
I contacted sendle and they have yet to get back to me on where the parcel is. No ownership and responsibility shown by sendle. Lost almost $100 worth of item. There was also no customer service phone number to call.
Package travelling from South Australia to Queensland. We are now at day 10. No sign of delivery today. It has sat for the last 5 days in a depot 1 hrs drive from me. No phone number to contact. Shows how much they care about service. Sorry the ratings cannot do fractions of stars.

I started using Sendle in June when I started my own candle business, my very first customers parcel didn't get picked up for TWO WEEKS! Meanwhile I had a good 5 customers after that who's orders had already been picked up and delivered in that time. I had brought this parcel to their attention almost every day and it still took two weeks.
I've had parcels go missing, parcels not delivered and they've been unsure what's happened to them, no refund no explanation no nothing!
I am a very understanding person and gave them the benefit of the doubt many times especially during covid-19, but this has now gone beyond the limit. I will never use Sendle again. Please do yourself a favour and don't use them! Australia post are cheaper, aswell as Fastway.
I bought 100 bags off them a week ago. Still waiting for them even though they were picked up in Kilsyth 6 days ago. I am in Heidelberg and I could have walked that distance in half those days. If they dont have the sense to send the bags out that would get them some income then what chance of any of my parcels arriving at their destination. I am out about $30 and they have lost a potential customer. I know who the real losers are here.
Their Customer service is basically non-existent And they don't give a rats bum if you don't receive your package. My package has been onboard with courier for delivery for days now and no one can tell me if/ when it will be delivered. Package is already 2 weeks late and not a chance of getting anyone to answer regarding it's whereabouts.

Don't use them. An employee opened a package to my client, destroyed it, removed the padding and delivered my client's order in shambles. Now I find out they don't cover damaged packages. DONE WITH THEM. Pay more to protect your business and your clients. It's worth the investment. Unethical and unprofessional company.
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
