3 Weeks to get a package from Melbourne to Perth with no regular updated tracking. Been sitting at Perth Depot from 5 Jan & todays date is 11 Jan with still no tracking update. No direct contact number…terrible service!
You expect parcels to be picked up on the scheduled date and noone shows. Following day, still noone shows.
The concept of Sendle is good, its a shame the business does not deliver on its stated policies and promises.

Over 24 days and parcel still not left NSW for WA, NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EXCEPT A STUPID 2 WEEK TIME DELAYING bot, HAVE NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Have serious concerns re the viability of this company since they use 3rd party services ie Aus Post, DHL etc, are they not accepting their parcels anymore? Are our parcels sitting in a warehouse gathering dust as no companies accept their parcels anymore? When you cant contact them one does wonder,,,, In many review sites the companies have a chance to respond, this company does not
It's the first time using this service and they lost my package.
Contact with a help desk is vague and off-shore. Feels like you're dealing with a bot with generic responses. For example, they asked for my feedback on their customer service, despite having an active an investigation on trying to locate the package I'd sent.
The case was officially closed today. Package deemed lost 21 days after the courier picked up the parcel for an interstate delivery.

Completely useless operation. Have not received a single delivery from them on time. Definitely do not recommend. Avoid them if you can. I ordered something from Melbourne on the 18 December. I still have not received it. Orders using other carriers also from Melbourne all arrived. In future I won't purchase from companies who use senile to deliver their products
I don't mail a lot of stuff, but I sold something in an online marketplace and had to figure out the most economical way to get a small package out. I found sendle via a google search. It was so much easier than using the USPS site, plus it was cheaper. Win win. You print a regular USPS label, attach it, and drop off. They emailed me with tracking updates and my package arrived within the week. Very happy with this site.
I packed printed and shipped on a Saturday 12/18 and package is on a truck to be delivered 12/20 to my grandughter for Christmas I love that is was fast convenient works within my time of my work schedule and easy drop off no lines to wait in I will not be doing fed ex no more having to Rush and beat the clock after work when k have sendle at my desk and my printer at home post office two blocks away no line no hassle!
Lost a total of 6k in inventory due to ‘lost packages' or scammers internally stealing the larger packages. These losses have sent me out of business, all in the same week of trying this wretched disgrace of a company at the recommendation of eBay. You have to ask yourself why eBay would push this company when it leads to customers receiving orders late and small businesses paying the bill for lost packages. Disgrace, should be shut down by regulators.
Lost my goods. Never communicated this fact. Took weeks to launch investigation to confirm the same. As a result a valuable piece of art is now missing. Never using these guys again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
They like to dumb parcels outside secured buildings literally on a street because for some reason delivery person doesn't contact concierge of the building to open the door neither actual receiver, and not even trying to call intercom (full address of the apartment number is provided).
Sadly, another company I ordered stuff from uses Sendle so I kind of already knew what to expect and of course it meant to happen! Not a surprise anymore but of course with a cherry on top and my parcel is most likely stolen now…
So Sendle sent me an email on the 9th of December saying that the parcel was delivered but I actually never received it at all and lodge a complain with them now - still waiting for a response.
Also, one time they dumb another one of my parcels outside on a street near the door in front of the apartment building besides that we have a concierge who could open the door but also I was home for the whole day that day but the delivery person didn't even try calling intercom, he/she just left my items outside on a street where random people could steal it, luckily my husband came home and picked it up from outside (that time I thought, okay things happen and it's not stollen so I decided not to report it). BUT now it's getting really annoying. Sendle is very irresponsible company, the delivery people just don't care if anyone steals parcels. Well, this time I couldn't sit quiet, everyone needs to know what this company does.
I'm not sure why companies still use their mailing services as they have quite bad reviews on google and other review online platforms, and seems people have the same problem like I have now. Horrible mailing company, if you have a business, don't upset your customers, don't use this Sendle company please. You better of paying extra but send it with care and you will have happy consumers. Just disgusting how Sendle has no care at all.
They have caused me to lose business. I run an online store. One parcel it took them a month to pick it up from the drop off point. Required days of waiting on their useless "live chat" to fix it. They have no phone number and this is the only way to get help. Most of the time they just copy and paste generic responses and you can never speak to the same person/robot twice.
Another parcel They claimed to have "failed to deliver" the parcel twice to my customer who was home both days they claimed to have come.
Then I requested the attempt redelivery again and to just leave the parcel with no signature. Instead of doing this they sent it on its way back to me up in Queensland. The parcel has now been back in Brisbane over a week and I dont have have it back. I have had to refund my customer and lost business. I believe they have lost my parcel but won't allow me to claim insurance until they decide its lost. Its been over a month. The also promised to refund me shipping for both of these parcels but I have recieved nothing.
They have cost me good reputation on my store.
They don't tell you when there is an issue. When you have many parcels you send out as I do you don't sit on the computer watching the tracking. It took the buyer contacting me weeks into the issue for me to know about the problem

Why even offer tracking if you do not actually track packages?!?! My package shipped on the 26th, it is now the 1st and there is no progress or update. No wonder they have such poor reviews.
All of my parcels that they lost were insured but not eligible for insurance. SendleCover says "We insure all packages up to $300 with one exception, being parcels under 250g". They then referred me to a clause in their T&C's that state they do not cover "legal documents and other such valuables". All of my parcels from video games to cassettes to apparel were considered valuable as they have value and so does every item so technically nothing is insured. I think it's pretty disgusting that they make it seem like the valuables they don't cover are valuables such as legal documents. But somehow legal documents and SUCH valuables may have absolutely nothing to do with legal documents? They then refused to give me an example of what is actually covered. Very illegal. I will be taking them to court. I recommend others to do so too. No reason why they should be allowed to run a scam.
I booked a pick up service for 23-Nov and today is 30-Nov and still no one is showing up. I talked to customer service for 5 times and every time they told me the same thing that they escalated the issue and someone will come the next day but nooooo. No one ever showed up. Unbelievable

I live in a large multi-storey tower with no safe place to leave packages and was home on the date of "delivery" no one used the intercom to notify me of the "delivery" honestly how hard is it to press 4 buttons or leave card in the mail box and drop my parcel at the post office for me to collect.
Never use sendle they are no help, Australia post any day. Might be a bit slower but I've never had any problems with them.
IF you are a business thinking about using sendle - Do not do it. They always miss pick ups and can take 3 days to collect and even longer to deliver. I have had local customers wait up to one month for a package which is not a good look for a business. Customer service is almost non existent too. Not worth the slightly cheap price you are paying. Avoid at all costs!
Disappointed that my package still has not been delivered. Picked up early Thursday morning and Sunday afternoon it is still not delivered. A regional package in the same. Pick has been delivered. Very disappointed!
They don't turn up for days. It is impossible to talk to anybody about issues that come up. No such thing as customer service. I am looking for a new courier for my business.
If you use this service like I did you're going to be upset with eBay realizing that they are raking you over the coals on shipping fees. I was able to save 50 to 60 cents per package for the few things I did ship with this service. Unfortunately, it did not integrate into my system well and I ended up transposing two labels on packages. Now, I have lost $22 in an effort to save 59 cents. I wish I had read the reviews before utilizing this service for my business. Now I am waiting on a courier service called GSL that I have never heard of to pick up a package and based off the reviews I'm going to have to deliver it 20 miles to the nearest dropbox. Learn from my mistake and do your research before you utilize this company.
Don't use sendle to move your item's if you want to see them any time soon. Hopeless deliverer. Can't ring and talk anybody.
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
