Packages never turn up on time. You launch a late parcel enquiry and they magically find the parcel within two days or they take a week to respond after your package is two weeks late. The shipping information that carriers produce is inaccessible so you can't tell where it is without waiting for Sendle's response. Unnecessary middle-man services like these are trash.
This company had a parcel for delivery on the truck last Friday. Not delivered/ On the truck Tuesday not delivered. After exhaustive enquiries they said the parcel could not be found despite it being returned to depot on Tuesday and it would take 5 business days to do a trace. I got in touch by "chat" today as I can not find a telephone number listed. They said they were busy and would respond as soon as possible. I was kept waiting over two hours and still no reply although I left my own phone number. Absolutely shocking service. I have subsequently written to the supplier of my goods and asked them to exert some pressure. No response to date. No wonder the country is going to the dogs with personnel like this. Robert Henzell
The courier picked the order up 7 days past the scheduled pickup day if I could give this courier 0 stars or less i honestly would, I had been in contacted with them every missed day the order was not picked up morning and night, via there online chat, as a small business doing everything myself including working a full time job this was extremely unacceptable, I was told on multiple days it would be picked up that day which never happened. I will never use this courier again, I was very lucky the customer was a friend and was very understanding, for the situation.
I watched the guy pick up my parcels and now they are not scanning and saying they haven't been picked up! I will never use this company ever again! They don't even have a contact phone number it's ridiculous!
The only way to communicate is via online chat - they don't address your issues, when I asked what about my very upset customer - their answer was - sorry can't do anything about it - not even offer to contact the customer and explain what happened - they just don't care - sender is on the losing end of this company - PATHETIC service - the second issue with them in a sort time - waist of endless time trying to communicate and resolve the issue
Wanted a quote but Sendle would not recognise UK post code. Tried everything but could not contact help. James Chin Moody has set Sendle up with zero staff. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS $#*! AGAIN NOW I KNOW.

Book a pickup like I did, they take your money, like they took mine. End of story. That's it. Just sit there and look at your carefully packaged item with the consignment note attached. Nothing more. Here's an added bonus, overly cheery support people sending you baseless, unhelpful emails that only serve to frustrate you more. Pathetic business model using super unreliable third party couriers.
I sent a parcel which a Sendle personel has stolen. Investigation completed and clear. Be wary of this company. They condone thieves personnel

Despite being advised that my item had not been received after tracker indicated that it was onboard for delivery the previous Friday, Sendle made no attempt to contact their agent, instead they submitted a "redilivery" request (there had been no "unable to deliver " advice) and another week later when their system let me put in a "not received" report commenced their investigation
The seller was also unable to get any action

Worst service ever! Don't use this for your business. It will drag you down. Doesn't come for pick up and no one answers from customer service. Wasted my entire week waiting for the driver until I ended up cancelling it. Will never use this again.
Do not use Sendle for the delivery of goods from Australia to NZ. Goods were held at Customs for over a month. Sendle did not notify the sender of this. Sender had to work directly with Customs, DHL and the local carrier to resolve the matter (which would have been avoided had Sendle provided the appropriate documents to Customs and DHL in the first instance (airway bill and invoice for delivery)). Goods were delivered over 2 months late. Customer support non-existent. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
I ordered 5 litres of hand sanitiser from Sydney to Adelaide and it was according to Sendle picked up on the 26th of December 2021. A sunday? Now it is the 24th of January 2022 and still it is not delivered. They have launched a search for it. Sounds good but probably they haven't. Where is my expensive delivery? Now l have ordered another 4 litres from Australia and have paid $42.80 express for this. I am waiting now for this also and at this time am hoping the company does not use Sendle.

Probably the worst service I've had with a mailing company. The parcel I was meant to receive this week still hasn't even been collected for shipping. What are they doing? Bad service. No easy way to contact them for support. Would not recommend.
Scammers - claim a package was "delivered" when It wasn't even attempted. Refused to refund seller so im left out of pocket. No phone number to call

They have taken over 15days to deliver any parcel, when other providers are delivering the same package in 6 days from the same location (yes this was a test due to appaling delivery times they keep on claiming are beyond thier control).
I currently have a parcel from Melborne Victoria to Adelaide SA over 17days now that they claim has been delayed due to high demand. Yet I have had the same parcel sent via Australia Post and Allied Express and both couriers took 5days.
From personal experience, do not use sendle, even if you have to pay more use another company.

Two months on and they still dont care and still no compo. If your unfortunate that they loose your parcel. Then count your looses because its nothing good to come out of it. Just headaches and more headaches starting from the long wait half to one hour on chat and they still dont answer you. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
