Needed a graduation gown to be delivered. No delivery and no redelivery where they claimed no one able to receive the delivery. No contacting or driver knowledge of area. Also they outsource and have no influence over the local courier companies- taking extra days and not delivering. Rather pick up the package yourself. Definitely not in the class of DHL.
Their delivery model doesn't work. I have had a package sitting for 8 days and no one collected it. I can't reach them on a number and they do not respond to emails. Please don't call yourself a delivery company when you can't do the basics.
I have been a loyal customer with Sendle for the last 4 years. A rocky start but they soon improved. Lately, they have been totally unreliable particularly when Amarex are scheduled for collection. They have lied on 3 occasions that they "attempted " pick up but my parcels have been clearly labelled and left on my front verandah, like I've always left them, and I've been home the entire time with NO attempted collection. Even with video footage as evidence that no one attempted pick up, their customer service still insisted that their couriers came by. I've had to reschedule several times and it is not only utterly frustrating for me as a small business owner, but for my customers who are expecting their orders. I'll be looking elsewhere as of now. I don't appreciate the misleading information.
Sendle, Aramex and Fastway are all the same company. They keep rebranding to avoid the previous names bad reviews but still operate under the old names as well.
So it matters not because in 7 years of receiving parcels from them they seem to, without fail either lose the item or it takes weeks to arrive, even when express postage has been paid. Sendle is the latest reincarnation that I know of.
Their service has not improved as I have just received a small box of teas 31 days after the date of postage. Express!
Hopeless incompetent companies. If you are a business please do not use them as their failures impact your reputation as well.
I have been using Sendle through Poshmark for a while now. At least a year and have always been reliable, things delivered on time, never lost, always registered properly.
I used the no printer label option through eBay, and the tracking wasn't manually lodged. I then got told the driver was interviewed and said he didn't pick it up, and that unless I had photographic evidence I wouldn't be coveted by insurance.
I went ape $#*! and eventually got through to a head of customer service, and was told they would submit a special consideration request for refund. I booked another parcel pick up and the same driver sign a document to acknowledge he picked the last one up!
After reading all these bad reviews I now have mixed feelings. I hope my buyer gets the parcel eventually as it was a rare and expensive item. The new item is also an antique and glass and marked fragile! I am feeling uneasy about it being delivered undamaged.
Will not use hand written tracking label again.
Ordered a pick up parcle service, its been 2 weeks and no one comes to collect the parcle, even i kept my garage door and fence door opened, and left the paercle beside the garage door, it always shows like:'Parcel pickup attempted but we were unable to collect it', how funny. Other couriers dropped off about 6+ parcles in my front door in the past week and you were unable to collect?
Item delivered 5 days after delivery date. Previous items thrown out the window on my front lawn. Asked where to leave items on multiple occasions but never left where requested, in fact nowhere near where requested. I would never recommend this company or maybe I just have the delivery driver from hell. All items order via eBay so no choice in delivery company but this one is the worst by far.
I sent a parcel (vintage corningware), their driver ran over it and it arrived to the buyer in pieces! Buyer sent me the photos (tyre marks over box, corningware smashed in pieces despite double bubble wrap and stuffing in box) I forwarded the pictures to them. The parcel had $100 insurance which was the cost of the item so I claimed it from them and they said I should have a refund within a couple of weeks. I got the refund to the postage costs (roughly$15) back to my credit card in 2 days. The $100 refund however has not happened, despite numerous assurances that it will be in my bank account 'this week'... 3 months+ later still no refund! They initially sent me 'proof' of refund deposit which was not much more than a piece of paper with my name on it (!?) and they kept asking for me to check with my bank and it's not their issue?! After at least 8 emails they agreed to check on their deposit, it turns out they lost my bank details and the initial 'deposit' "came back to them as the account details must have been wrong". So I sent the details again (why can't they get it from my account sign up?). 2 months since the resending of details, still no refund. Only a weekly email from an overseas polite and apologetic girl who clearly has no control over their ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT accounts department. They clearly have no intention of refunding anything I think, so they've employed someone to send continuous apologies. It will cost them way more than $100 in loss of business and reputation, mucking around over $100. Disgusting! I'm refunding my buyer as I feel bad for them but this should not be a cost for me to wear. How are these clowns allowed to do business like this? Ebay has made money from the sale, I've lost nice corningware and some poor soul is $100 out of pocket. Lets not mention the cost of the 3 month frustration having to deal with crooks.
Additionally their sendle application dashboard is quite substandard. It does not include basic functionality such as account statements nor does it accurately reflect parcels sent but that's a separate issue. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap postage costs horrible outcomes. I'll be reporting them.
I run an ebay store and over the last 5 weeks have had issues with at least 50% of my packages. Taking days to be collected, collected items not being scanned, items being collected but not scanned, items not moving through the system and being declared lost but compensation refused.
They ignor all my correspondence, until I told them I was taking the complaint to the Postal Ombudsman. They have been running around me all day trying to fix things, but I told them they can deal with the Ombudsman.
This unreliable service is damaging my ebay business. I will be contacting ebay to advise the issues.
If you want to keep trying to *******@sendle.com usually gets a response after 5 or 6 emails, but it does give you a paper trail.
Reading these reviews, I'm glad to hear that it's not just my parcels.
I will never use this company again! Anyone who espouses this unscientific claptrap of global warming/now climate change, deserves to go out of business! The 'scientists' that subscribe to this claptrap are paid apparatchiks: there is a very strong body of proper scientists who are calling out the climate-change lie!
The greenies are the new fascists... and Sendle: go and keep standing in front of a mirror to strengthen your self-adulation... it is all to no avail, and is driving humanity to servitude! Be gone!
I ordered a parcel in July 2022 and it was being delivered from Melbourne to Perth, it took an entire month and then they told me the parcel was lost and the sender issues me a refund, only for Sendle to then come back and say they had found the parcel, which was a huge inconvenience because by that stage I'd been fully refunded. Then they sent me several inconsistent updates saying it's found, it's delivered, no wait it's actually still in transit... finally it was delivered after four weeks, parcels from overseas take less time than that. Their customer service was frustratingly generic and inauthentic, and trying to talk to them through their website took so long that I gave up. Now I have another parcel that's unfortunately being sent to me using Sendle, not my choice, and no surprise that it hasn't shown up yet even though it's been weeks. They are the WORST courier service I've ever encountered, basically incompetent.
Booked a pickup in Sydney for Friday 26 August. Today is Thursday 1 Sept. And the parcel still hasn't been collected. My daily routine for the past week has been to put the parcel outside my front door only to retrieve it after 6pm in the evening. Very frustrating trying to deal with these people as there is no live support nor telephone number. The previous 3 occasions I used them, the service was excellent. Avoid this company at all costs.

Maybe just read your "published" negative review as promised showing pictures, sticker info and damages, and the true storey of how irresponsible Sendle can be when avoiding their duty to their customers damaged items Via all the unessessary red tape... was Sendle's avoidance really worth this public review and its repercussions?

Ordered a small parcel from Victoria. To Sydney. From the checkout it seemed like an AusPost delivery. I was wrong, Sendle. Arrival at 12th of August. Still waiting. AusPost is so much more reliable and professional.
Hopeless. Wouldn't deliver my parcel because the address was a post office (where I work). It wasn't addressed to a PO box, a Parcel Locker or a locked bag, which they obviously can't deliver to. When I contacted them, the "Customer Happiness Champion (seriously?), told me my parcel would be re-delivered. It's now on its way back to the sender. Not happy.
I have had an account with Sendle for a couple of years but never used it so want to cancel. The "Chat with our team" is an automated bot that does nothing to help. Sendle makes it extremely difficult to cancel an account. I have not been able to do it. Stay away from manipulative sites like this.
My delivery was clearly marked "signature required" and my $500. Item was left openly on my doorstep for someone to steal. No phone contact available and after lengthy delay on a chat system could provide no information but a useless apology. Would strongly NOT recommend.
I opened an account and Everything seemed fine Until I started getting all of these crazy charges on my Credit card. I emailed them several times to see why I was being charged all these over weight amounts & They Never Replyed. I have a scale and know what the amount is before I ship it. They give you options for shipping weights and say it's up to 5lbs and then charge you $36 for a $10 shipping ticket. Stay clear of this company, use Shippo they are Great and HONEST! This company will not last by doing business like this, horrible " Shame on YOU!
They dont have phone number to talk to, no service, they left my parcel other houses and nice people brought to me, most time i loose my stuff throw them as senders use these people as they cheapest and cheapest, sandle

Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
